I have tried many ophthalmologists over the years but this is by far the most professional and friendly. They get all the work done extremely efficiently and with the highest regard to quality. Recently got my eyes checked, along with my 6yr old daughter. The optometrist (Mary Saad) was just wonderful. She put my little girl at ease, and was very friendly and easy to talk to. A couple weeks later I sent my wife and other daughter to get their eyes tested as well, and they shared the same feedback. We're definitely going back for future check-ups!!

My experience at this location was absolutely awesome! Sangeeta was very helpful in helping me choosing the right frame for prescribed sunglasses. She didn't suggest ones that were more expensive but ones that fit my situation best as my prescription is pretty high and some very curved ones would be bad for my eyes. She also rejected the pair that had defects before giving to me. I would definitely recommend her service to anyone I know.

This store has one of the super friendliest and knowledgeable Optician I have ever dealt with. Optician always helps me selecting glasses that look and fit good on me. They are never pushy. The store has a big selection of all the brand name frames one can think of. After sales customer service is outstanding. I recommended this place to my friends, and they all come back thanking me. They make everything so easy - took care of the all insurance claim paper work for both the glasses and eye test. My family also comes to this place for eye exams. My entire family and my brother's in-laws all go here and had recommended it to me. I figured I'd give them a try based on the recommendations I received. Their frames collection was not large. Had to go to LensCrafter to pick out the frame. Their prices are un-competitive and customer service is mediocre at best. I went there for routine eye exam. Dr. Mary is extremely professional and friendly. She took all the time without rushing and went through all the details. She is very patient and knowledgeable. My kids had eye exam as well. Dr. Mary took all the time with them to get the exact and precise prescriptions. She has a very nice way in dealing with each age group. I strongly recommend her.

Offering to credit the fees if we buy contact lenses does not justify charging for a service that was never performed. Suffice to say, they are not getting my business in the future.

I am using services from LENZSMITH Mississauga Thomas Street for the last more than 5 years. There services are always 5 star. In case of broken frames they always came up to the expectations. The lady there always worked hard to find us the solution and to find the alternate frames in emergency. They are good in warranties claim, they were able to get us new frame under warranty. Their customer services are the best. I recommend this place.

I have been coming to Lenzsmith for about 8 years now and have found Sangeeta and her husband to be very polite , knowledgeable and experienced . I believe she has been a registered optician since 1993. They have an amazing selection of designer frames , contact lenses and an amazing selection of sun glasses for every occasion .Even safety glasses. I really liked how patient they were while helping me make a decision on what kind of frames to pick while at the same time I never felt pressured to hurry up or to make a purchase. Prescription glasses turn around time is quick and they can even service your glasses on the spot , like they did for me when I accidently bent my frames by sitting on them lol . The optometrist does in depth, thorough and extensive testing. They accept most insurance plans and will bill direct when possible. Their pricing I have found is slightly lower than the competitions. My family and I have found Lenzsmith Mississauga to be our one stop store for all reasons to get all our glasses from. Last but not least ,I have to say WHY SHOP ANY WHERE ELSE, SERIOUSLY
