Last July, after leaving a long stint in Rehab, my daughter took me to Vision 2020 because I was in distinct need of new glasses. Contacts were never an option for me so I need 3 pairs of glasses, everyday, sunglasses and reading (yes, I've reached that age). We were greeted by a personable but very professional Nicole who arranged for an eye exam and then new glasses. Some of those "new" glasses were simply lens replacements but this was not an issue for Nicole and she did not try to hard sell me new frames. Later, she even hand delivered my new glasses to my home! If you appreciate caring and knowledgeable service, you have to try Vision 2020.

I went in for an eye exam and it was such a pleasurable experience. Nicole at front desk is so friendly and just a bundle of joy with radiating energy that will just lift your spirits. She even found a spare arm to put on my broken glasses for free, to last me until I buy a new frame. Dr. Britlynn Chan was my optometrist and she was just so intelligent. She explained each of the steps of tests she was performing and help me understand so many things about my eyes. She was super friendly as well and genuinely answered all my abundant intriguing questions. I highly recommend a visit to Vision 2020 for your eye care needs!

About a year ago I needed glasses, I came into Vision 2020 and they went above and beyond from start to finish. After unsuccessfully looking for new frames in 3 different stores, I decided to try Vision 2020. It was a very enjoyable and successful experience. Although the store is small, each frame that I tried on looked good. Instead of having a large pile of rejects like I had at other stores, I had a large pile of possibilities. When I picked up my finished glasses I was very pleased that the lenses were perfect. I had no issues adjusting to them even with them being progressives. I will definitely go back to Vision 2020 when my prescription changes. Thanks for making this a great experience.
