I was 4 mins late for my appointment. The people after me came early but hadn't gotten in yet. They then told me I would have to wait for that couple to go before I could go in even though the person before me wasn't finished. Not very good customer service. I never buy my contacts or glasses from them as it's way cheaper online. Make sure you ask for your prescription as they always try to keep it from you. My family will never be going back.

Amazing place. I've noticed that my sons prescription changed and he can't see properly in school. I had to wait for 2 weeks for appt where ever I called. This place called me back and took my son the same day. The lab technician stayed late in order to finish glasses with new Rx for my son. The same day they checked my son vision and my son got glases. Absolutely amazing. They are THE BEST. Thank you for everything wonderful tim at FYIdoctors.

Here's a story with a happy ending. I recently had cataract surgery and ordered a new exam and pair of glasses. All went well until I received my new glasses. They were terrible. I couldn't read anything without lifting the glasses up so I could see out of the bottom 1/4 inch of the lens.( Progressive lens). They didn't fit! I brought them in and FYI were shocked at the bad fit. They then spent several hours with me getting frames that fit properly, ordered new lens, replaced everything, spent another hour making sure the fit was right when the new glasses came in. They applied the cost of my previous glasses straight across so I didn't have to pay anything. That's TERRIFIC service.

Had a really amazing experience. The staff were very kind and helpful. I specifically had Antonio, Lori, and Dr. Gill help me. After they didn't sit correctly originally, I went back in and Antonio adjusted them to fit perfectly, I love my glasses!!

This company should be renamed FYwdoctors (For your wallet, for your wallet)! Here is what happened to me on Aug 13 2121: I gave them $378.56 in their bank account for products and services that I was to receive in about 2 weeks. In other words they had money up front from me for things they had not even begun to start work on. They forgot to bill me $15 for my eye examinations. I pleasantly told the lady who called me to tell me that they had forgotten to include the $15 in the $378.56 that I paid them, that I would be happy to pay the $15 next time I came in. They knew very well that I would have to come back to collect my new glasses in two weeks. They also knew full well that I would pay them. Yet she demanded that they be paid $15 before the end of the business day. I reminded her that I live half hour's drive away. So she suggested I pay by phone. Now I am not willing to give my credit card details over the phone and, even if I was willing to, why should I spend the extra time to fix their mistake? But all of that is by the by. The real issue is that they were unwilling to give me $15 credit for 2 weeks when they had already received $378.55 from me and had done no work on my new glasses.

Took a extremely bent pair of glasses from my wife's mother in to see if the frames could be replaced. Much to my amazement they not only fixed the frames in about 15 minutes but they also did it free of charge. Awesome! Thanks so much!

The Drs here are all very nice and I have neve had any issues. Staff is friendly and when both my kids had issues with their glasses they fixed them no problem. I do find akiem of their frames on the pricier side of things but I bought glasses somewhere else and the lenses were scratched immediately, where the set I got from here was almost scratch free for 2 years.

Went for eye examine. In today's world and with the amount of competition in the market? You would think you could get the eye examine for free if you purchase glasses. So , Nope 124 plus for eye examine and the cheapest glasses of any decent quality more than 500.00?? I was only looking for transitions and only far away prescription. Nothing Soecial that's for sure. Anyway I do not reccomend that you use this so called optometrist as they obviously do not need any new business. I will now take my business someplace else.

What a great experience we had Shopping for frames. We had no Appointment and even thought we were supposed to call ahead the staff was accommodating Very welcoming and friendly. We found the perfect frames, My girl fell in love with them instantly, The staff is taking every precaution, face shield gloves hand sanitizer and if we touched any frames to try on they went into a tray to be cleaned before being put back on the shelves. If you need glasses or frames. Check them out !!! I hope your experience will be as good or better than ours. Tony and ????

A standing ovation for FYI Doctors and staff at the Luckakuck Way location. Dr. Ryan Schmidt calmly acknowledged the ramblings of a paranoid delusional lunatic all the while covering all my concerns and spoke to me on a level that I could understand. I left the exam-room knowing I obviously had an overactive imagination and in need of a stonger prescription! Now, without further ado the main reason of this review…the exceptional customer service of the FYI staff; namely Melissa and Lori. Not only are they knowledgable, thoughtful, beautiful and stylish, they have a unique knack for making a person feel like they’re the only one in the room. The ladies sent me on a "start-the-car" shopping spree, providing exquisite feedback so I didn't look horrible and grotesque in public, we laughed a lot and I personally had the most enjoyable customer experience to date. Thank you for all you do - you are truly appreciated.

Excellent service! I walked in their office late this afternoon due to my prescription glasses missing one of its screws. Both ladies at the reception desk were both really nice and helpful. They fixed my glasses even without having an appointment and did not charge me anything. I recommend this place.

I was given an appointment for an eye exam assuming that it was covered with my plan after the exam was done I was told it was not covered,oh well not the end of the world.All the staff were friendly and helped me pick out a pair of glasses.After getting my glasses went in for adjustment and complained about the lenses. The response was ,you just need to get used to them.Went in again today got another adjustment and now my ears are super sore,and I’m convinced the lenses are not correct.Staff were not very friendly both times when I went in,I am a paying customer and they have made me feel like it just doesn’t matter. I guess I will go elsewhere.

Between the Optometrist, Dr Cullen and Optician, the care and professionalism at FYI, Chilliwack and Sardis is top notch. Lily and Rick gave me the undivided attention to ensure the frames and lenses I was considering matched my facial profile and met my prescription needs. Other optical companies may be cheaper, but do they have the knowledge and experience as FYI? Please give these guys a try.

Came in today with broken glasses, Laura was so helpful and was able to take care of the warranty much to our relief! I also want to comment on the staff at the desk, they were very welcoming and checked in while I was waiting to be sure I was comfortable. My family always has a great experience here, great staff and great product selection.
