I had a very positive experience finding a pair of glasses here. I had just come from lens r us where the salesman would not leave me alone and was not listening to what I wanted. Coming here was a breath of fresh air. Nicole was so nice, and left me to look at what I wanted and set me up with a tray to keep track of what I liked. Then she helped me critique the frames to pick the best one. Patricia was helpful and also super friendly. So far I love my glasses I picked up today. The only thing that could have gone better was getting them fitted. Not sure if it’s because the mask was in the way, but the girl wasn’t as thorough as I’ve had at other glasses shops in the past. No adjustments were made which I said was fine but I will have to go back in a couple days as they are sliding off my nose. Not a big deal. Would definitely recommend this place. They have good selection and they are really well priced!

First of all, I felt very safe in the store, the store manager greeted very calmly and even welcomed me to use provided sanitized wipes on the glasses before trying them on. I came into the store not knowing what style to pick and what additions I might need but she was very helpful and friendly while not being aggressive at selling at all. I felt very at ease, which I don't often feel in retail stores. I don't remember her name, ah!! But she even noticed that the hinges on my own glasses were loose and tightened them up for me. I hadn't brought my prescription with me but she was so attentive that she wrote down all the pricing / specs / additions of the glasses I chose and recommended me to take a photo of the glasses so that I could have an easy visual reference! I just had to write a review because the service I got, was exceptional! I wish every store was like this...THANK YOU!!!

This place is IT, y'all. If you're okay with waiting a few business days, it's $300 for glasses AND THE EXAM INCLUDED. STAFF IS WONDERFUL AND FRIENDLY. SHOW UP AND SAVE!

Love this place, all of the staff is amazing and the service is super friendly. Best of all it’s affordable! I have insurance thankfully, but even if you don’t have insurance you can get affordable glasses here. Also kids exams are free as they should be! Thanks ladies!

Patricia provided my bf and I with such a great experience! She explained everything she was doing and provided answers for any further questions we had. I was having a hard time keeping my eyes wide because of my lashes and she and the optometrist were both very patient with me. Since this is our first pair of glasses in over 5 years, we weren't sure which frames would look best on our face. Patricia helped us find the perfect frames that match our face. Overall, the experience was very pleasant and I would recommend Bailey Nelson in Willowbrook, Langley, BC to my family and friends.

Fantastic experience from the moment I stepped into the store! Acknowledged me immediately which I so appreciate- and took amazing care of me the whole time. Doctor answered my questions truthfully and insightfully. They dealt with my insurance company I didn’t have to do a thing. Prices are crazy reasonable. 5 Star Experience
