I had an eye emergency and was referred there by my family doctor. They got me in within one hour. After my surgery, Dr. Baylok, has done my follow-up care. He saved the sight of my left eye. His staff is always very personable and professional as well.

Do I recommend Riverside Eye Center? Yes I do. Let me tell you why. The entire staff was very polite, and respectful. The Technitions explained everything they would be doing before they began. Most importantly they took the time to answer every question I had, before proceeding. I found Dr. Balok to be personable, professional, knowledgeable, and gentle. I am schedualed for surgery soon. I am not afraid at all, because of how well I have been prepared by Dr. Balok and his staff. If you find your vision changing, you should definitely trust your eyes and vision needs to Riverside Eye Center.

Dr. Balok and staff were both very efficient and personable. I was seen within 5 minutes of my appointed time. The time between the technician’s procedure and the doctors entrance was about 5 minutes. I’m a punctual guy and so I appreciate having my time respected. The equipment is state of the art compared to the clinic from which I transferred. I highly recommend the Riverside Clinic for the care of your eyes.

Horrible experience. Brought my son here with a terrible eye infection. He's had several. The doctor never even looked at his eye. Spent his time typing on the computer with his back to us while rudely scolding me for using the drops prescribed recently to get us through the weekend. He was also very rude when telling the receptionist to schedule our follow-up. We didn't, and won't return! Went somewhere else. Wouldn't recommend him at all!

Could not be more pleased with my outcome from cataract surgery. Both eyes. It is like going from a 1950s tv to HD. It is unreal and I cannot believe what I have been missing visually all of these years. Dr Balok and the entire staff are very personable and take the time to listen. They are truly concerned for how I am doing. Fabulous outcome as I have 20 20 vision back in both eyes. Professional doctor and staff. I have already recommended them to a co worker and will whole heartedly refer them to anyone who is looking for cataract surgery if you have concerns they will take care of them
