i absolutely LOVE this place. grace and britney are the absolute sweetest. always such a welcoming environment. edit: it’s now jan. 2022 & i had to make another appointment because i broke my glasses (oops). i could write a hundred different reviews about clarkson eyecare & it still wouldn’t show how much gratitude i have for this company. grace is my absolute favorite person, ever. she is always there, working her hardest.. and trying to be the best for the customers, to give them the best deal, best experience & the best customer service. i couldn’t recommend her more as a person to help you, and guide you along the process whether you have questions, are picking glasses out, etc. i had to pick out new frame(s) this time and i will 100% tell you how stress-less this process was. grace was there to be real with me, and tell me how great a pair looked when i tried them on. i was able to browse at my leisure, even went it felt like i was trying on every pair in the store! LOL. after i had picked a pair, we discussed warranties.. etc. i didn’t feel pressured into getting something additional (which is something i worry about in many different companies). grace gave me the best deal & im forever thankful what she does to for me!

The facility was open, clean and had toys for young children which is a big plus for families. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The provider was fantastic and thorough. We never felt rushed, and staff was kind and understanding when we took time to step aside and discuss finances, and when it took a while to find a pair of glasses. Highly recommend!

Let's face it... you can get eyeglasses anywhere these days, and special pricing is always being advertised. However, I am 68 years old, and I want professional care for my eyes, so I did not choose any of the mass market services. At Clarkson I got just what I needed with the most appreciated bonus of true customer care. Dr. Sandy Kraft was thorough, took her time explaining everything she did, and was incredibly patient (even though I'm sure she has to say and do the same things numerous times each day). She made me feel that she truly cared about me and the health of my eyes. When I asked Sandy to help me select the type of lenses I should get, she did a comprehensive interview about my wants and needs, and I ended up getting progressive lenses. Once I had completed the testing, I selected my glasses with the help of Sheree, the dispensing optician. Again, I never felt rushed and I felt that Sheree did a great job of listening to my personal preferences as she offered me different frames to try. I did not feel that anyone was pushing me toward a certain type of frame (as was often the case in the past when an employee was most likely on commission). Overall, I felt that the personnel here truly are professionals, and provide a comfortable, caring experience.

All the staff were friendly and helpful. Dr. Bryan was very thorough and informative during my eye exam. At other offices, I have never been shown the results of the images that are taken of my eyes. But Dr Bryan took the time and showed me, on his screen, the internal picture of my eyes and explained the results and the meaning of the different areas of concern. Picking out my frames was non stressful. The girls let me browse at my leisure and when I was ready, they were more than happy to help me. Grace was very easy to talk to and was nice and helpful when deciding on my frames and the options that would be the best for me with my lenses. Thank you to everyone at Clarkson Eyecare!

I'm super happy with my experience at Clarkson. I asked ALOT of questions during my appt because I had some concerns and questions about a past eye problem and dr frantz answered all my questions and didn't try to rush me or seem like he was annoyed with all my questions. If I hadn't asked so many questions the appt prob would have been fairly quick. The exam itself was very thorough. After I picked what glasses I wanted I was told it usually takes 2-3 weeks for them to come in but I picked them up 6 days later. Picking them up was easy too I was in and out in less than 5 minutes.

UPDATED: I was contacted by a Representative regarding the initial 1 star review I gave because of those issues. Was encouraged to go back to store and they resolved the issue by replacing the glasses and repeat eye exam. They also on another occasion fixed my new and older pairs of glasses for free. Thank you! Choosed Clarkson because of change in my insurance. Associates were very nice BUT the glasses (approximately $400) they prescribed were unusable. I could not adjust to them. Returned and was re-examined and supposedly they corrected one lens but I still could not use them. Ironically my prescription has not changed much over the years so I cannot understand why I’m now wearing glasses from Two years ago that are fine but these new ones from Clarkson are unusable! I can’t recommend them after wasting $400 and multiple visits to correct the problem. Totally dissatisfied and will go elsewhere.

Exam went smoothly and was well explained. Doctor said that current glasses (which my daughter rarely wears) are fine. When I got to the register, the assistant started talking about prices for new glasses. I declined.

I was very happy with the dr.and staff!BUT,I waited 3 weeks for glasses.That was acceptable but the one bifocal was off.So you would think they would put a rush on the glasses but that didnt happen. I am still waiting 10days more and not here yet.My husband went to Walmart on Saturday and today Tuesday his glasses are in.The lab gets zero stars if I could rate them.

Optometrist was courteous enough, and appeared knowledgeable; but I ended up with a pair of glasses that didn't work well for me. Staff made me feel as if that was my fault when I told them the glasses weren't helping, took more than a week for doctor's call back to fix problem. Again, staff seemed bothered my request to get glasses that worked for me. Wanted me to pay more (already paid $600 for appt. & glasses) for different lenses. If you ask me, go somewhere else, I'm going to.

Last time I had an eye exam when I had a partially turn retina. A quick lazer surgery fixed the problem. Four years later I decided to get my eyes examined by Clarkson Eyecare. Best thing I did. They are so professional from getting àn appointment to the pre-exam to the actually exam to the purchasing of new glasses. I highly recommend going to Clarkson Eyecare.
