It was my first time at this clinic and I was very happy with it. The waiting time was short and all exams were done professionally. The examination equipment is very modern. Dr. Paul Thomson explained all results very well and took his time to do so.

They forgot to let me know that my surgery was delayed by a week, but instead of apologizing, they stubborn me (with a cell phone, we see the missed calls!). I call a Friday, the message from the answering machine says that the clinic is closed and gives details of opening hours ... which include Friday from 9h to 12h and 13h to 16h! No way to leave a message. My only option is to remember until someone else deigns to stop the answering machine. Ils ont oublié de m'aviser que ma chirurgie avait été retardée d'une semaine, mais au lieu de s'en excuser, ils m'obstinent (avec un cellulaire, on voit les appels manqués!). J'appelle un vendredi, le message du répondeur dit que la clinique est fermée et donne le détail des heures d'ouverture...qui incluent le vendredi de 9h à 12h et de 13h à 16h ! Pas moyen de laisser un message. Ma seule option est de rappeler jusqu'à temps que quelqu'un daigne arrêter le répondeur.

I will make no comment on Dr. Agoumi. But his clinic at 625 President-Kennedy is horrible. Wait times of 2+ hours. Charges 35$ for eyedrops because they figured out how to milk more money from the RAMQ loophole. I don't have anything nice to say about them, they had a condescending attitude.

My tear duct was clearly blocked but he dismissed me and said it wasn't. It was more than a year ago. Today, I went to another (very competent) ophthalmologist and she said my tear duct is so blocked, she can't understand how he didn't see it. He didn't even take the time to test it properly. He used the same product the optometrist used to check if it was blocked before referring me to him. The ophthalmologist I saw today couldn't believe he didn't use the proper and very basic test, which is to shoot water into the duct. It was so blocked, no water could go in. Very bad experience. I could've been diagnosed at that time, but he dismissed me and did nothing. Now, my problem is even worse.

I have been going to this Clinic since 2015 to be followed as a Glaucoma Suspect . I have found this clinic to be 100% professional . The reception staff have always given me the upmost attention and politeness. My current Dr.Genevieve Mercille has taken the time to explain my tests and reassure me if needed .. She has also taken and returned my calls for any questions i might of had .. ( since the diagnosis of Glaucoma Suspect raised some fear in me ) .. Trust me you wont be disappointed.

In just two hours, I had met an ophthalmologist for my cataracts and had a hospital appointment for surgeries. Doctor Agoumi is so efficient and expert. I'm only 42 years old and I had done my research on the internet for cataracts, it was o.k., but for old people it must be a bit tricky. But on the operating table I had complete confidence with Doctor Agoumi. For my visit to the clinic it only cost me $ 150. It's not much for 2 new eyes! And the receptionist was super beautiful, smiling and kind ... Thank you ! En seulement deux heures, j'avais rencontré un ophtalmologiste pour mes cataractes et j'avais un rendez-vous à l'hôpital pour les chirurgies. Docteur Agoumi est tellement efficace et expert. Tellement rapide, en fait, qu'il ne prend peut-être pas le temps de répondre à toutes vos inquiétudes. Moi j'ai seulement 42 ans et j'avais fait mes recherches sur internet pour les cataractes fac c'était o.k., mais pour des personnes âgées ça doit être un peu rushant. Mais sur la table d'opération j'étais en totale confiance avec le docteur Agoumi. Pour ma visite à la clinique ça m'a seulement coûté 150 $. C'est peu pour 2 yeux neufs ! Et la réceptionniste était super belle, souriante et gentille... Merci !
