I think most people would agree with me when I say that choosing glasses is one of the most important things for some of us. Personally, I use them EVERYDAY and I have to find the right ones. I was taking my time to make a decision and the girl there basically kicked me out. Saying they had more patient when there was no one else in the room and I could have stay in a corner choosing between my options. I understand COVID rules but I went to the island optical & eyecare and they were amazing! Letting me take my time and taking on other patients too. They also let me put down my mask to see clearly how I would look with the glasses as long as they were not close to me (which makes sense) Here, they were checking me all the time and would not allow me to even put my mask down a little to see right. Doctor was good but the people working there wasn’t. Bad costumer service.

Excellent , knowledgeable and friendly front end staff. They helped myself and my wife pick out our new glasses. Dr. Gallant was wonderful and made our eye tests visit smooth and painless.
