Horrible if I could give 0 I would Been getting glasses here since I was a child and they’ve all broke within a few months. I brought my glasses to be fixed on Tuesday and they refused because my parents could not pay for my fathers glasses right away and took a few months to pay up, telling me I HAVE TO BUY A NEW PAIR (when they know I can obviously not pay for another pair) They have fixed these glasses before in the same place, and now the other side is broken. EVERY PAIR OF GLASSES I HAVE GOTTEN FROM HERE HAVE BROKE!!!! What’s the point of paying $200+ for a pair of glasses that are gonna break on me within the next month if I can go buy a pair of reading my glasses at the dollar store for 3$ that stay together??

I don’t recommend this place i went there to make an eyeglasses and when i took it and tried it i couldn’t see clearly with it and i gave it a try for week and it gave me constant headaches so i went again there to explain my problem the employee was so so rude and so unprofessional he kept saying that he did his job perfectly and the problem is in my eyes and after a new lenses prescription i paid $550 more than i paid the first time

WoW, first time here and last time ever! I had booked an appointment the week before, I had asked to be rescheduled and they told me it’s all good..to come in next week at 1pm. A week later, I come in to find out that I wasn’t even booked in their agenda (they don’t even have a software for that)! Plus, luckily it wasn’t too busy and they took me in anyways. The guy who was doing the pretest on my vision, didn’t even sanitize the equipments for me! Just first rule of basic hygiene! Very disappointed! That’s not all. I had to ask him to sanitize the whole thing for me and even the eye patch that I had to wear for the pretest..wasn’t even sanitized! Eww!! Then it was time for the real eye exam..the optometrist didn’t ask me enough details about my eye history..it was simple and short..I had to insist to inform him about my current situation. This place is like a nightmare!! If I could rate it at -5 stars I would!! DONT COME HERE..GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!

Really unprofessional, the employees are arrogant and not friendly. When I came, the secretary didn’t say hello or anything, he just asked for my glasses to examine them, which already gave him an idea of my sight. After the doctor came, and she just called my name and went to her room without even gild me where is it. She didn’t clean any of machines with sanitizer. After all, when we’ve done, I went to choose new glasses, the range were small and the regular glasses were overpriced. Finally, I just took my optical prescription and I left. I do not recommend this clinic. If you’re looking for good service forget about this place.

Don't even bother. I would give them minus stars if I could. Last time I went there, my eyes were itching extremely badly. When I told them that's why I came and had no intention of changing my glasses- I paid- saw the ophthalmologist for less than 5 min to tell me that nothing was wrong. In the end, I beg a pharmacist, and he told me it was a BASIC case of seasonal conjunctivitis. They just want you to do business with them, if you have any health issue, don't bother.

I tried to get a refund, but it was impossible that I was told. from the moment I wanted to put my foot down, they changed their tone. I know now that I will never see my money again and that I will have paid for glasses that caused me painful health problems (swollen eyes, conjunctivitis, dizziness, migraine) but it showed me that these people only want your money. They are barred for life and I do not advise anyone to do anything with such manipulators. They protect each other, so it's always our problem. This is the first time in my life that I write a negative comment on a company on the internet, but I would not want others to suffer what I experienced and they get stolen their money. Especially we talk about a pair of glasses, so a good $ 230 in the vacuum. Good luck in your search for a better company. (Original) Gentil lorsque tout va bien. Par contre, si vous avez des problèmes quelquonque avec votre prescirption, vos yeux ou que vous voulez un remboursement oubliez ça. J'ai reçu mes lunettes et je trouvais qu'il y avait quelque chose qui clochait. On m'a dit de retourner chez moi et que j'allais m'habituez. Je suis retrouner les voir plus tard pour leur dire que ça n'allait toujours pas. Ils ont réajuster mes lunettes, car la personne avant ne l'avait pas fait comme il faut. Je suis retrouner une 3e fois même problème, même discours et finalement uen 4e fois même problème même discours. J'ai essayé de me faire rembourser, mais c'est impossible qu,on m'a dit. à partir du moment où j'ai voulu mettre mon pied à terre, ils ont changé de ton. Je sais maintenant que je ne reverrai jamais mon argent et que j'aurai payé pour des lunettes qui m'ont causé pluiseurs problèmes de santé( yeux enflé, conjonctivite, étourdissement, migraine) mais cela m'a montré que ces gens ne veulent que votre argent. Ils sont barré à vie et je ne conseille à personne de faire à faire avec de tels manipulateurs. Ils se protègent entre eux, donc c'est toujours nous le problème. C'est la première fois de ma vie que j'écris un commentaire négatif sur une entreprise sur internet, mais je ne voudrais pas que d'autrse subissent ce que j'ai vécu et qu'ils se fassent voler leur argent. Surtout qu'on parle d'une paire de lunette, donc un bon 230$ dans le vide. Bonne chance dans vos recherches d'une meilleure entreprise.
