Too bad they don't give the option for a ZERO star. We had a horrible experience at this clinic. They were racist from the very moment we walked in. I accompanied an older friend of mine to his appointment, AS HE HAS ISSUES WITH HIS EYESIGHT, and they refused to let me stay with him. As his caregiver I knew I had the right to stay with him, however I did not want to cause a scene so I waited close to the entrance. Few minutes later, a man and an older woman walk in with no issues and had no problem staying together inside. I confronted the receptionist who disrespectfully reatedly told me to leave then called her boss in who threatened to call the police. RACIST A LA MAX!!!!! Worst experience at a clinic I ever had. Receptionist should be fired.

They called last minute to tell my step dad that they lost his 600$ contact lentil just before his operation. They even told him to stay on standby in case they find the lentil. I am not impressed by the way they handled this situation. We lost confidence in this clinic.

Sure, there was no place to sit because of the covid. She must have sat in the bus shelter across the street. There you have it, the experience my 86 year old mother had with this clinic. Sur, il n'y avait aucun endroit ou s'assoir a cause du covid. Elle a du s'assoir dans l'abri d'autobus l'autre côté de la rue. Voilà, lexperience que ma mere de 86 ans a eu avec cette clinique.
