D’abord il ne portait même pas bien son masque ensuite, ma petite soeur a eu peur des machines, le docteur l’a donc tiré par les cheveux pour la rapprocher de la machine (il l’a tiré si fort qu’elle a encore mal). La petite a eu peur et n’a pas osé en parler dans la clinique. Maintenant que je sais j’essaye de rappeler la clinique pour avoir des explications, mais ils ne répondent pas. C’est inacceptable, il n’a aucun droit de la toucher ou de manquer de respect a la clientèle!
