Great experience overall! The receptionist Claudia is very friendly and helpful and explains the entire process. I chose to book with Dr. Johal specifically, you can tell he's a very experienced and professional optometrist. He listened patiently to my previous issues and made good recommendations, he was very thorough in his exam and explained everything in detail. He even went above and beyond to re-take some scans/images when they weren't clear just to be sure. The eye exam here does cost more than most other places, but if you have insurance, it is definitely worth it every 2 years - they run scans of your retina to make sure your eyes are healthy and point out any problems. Would definitely recommend!

The staff there are super sweet and welcoming. They really value your opinion and make sure you go home with the perfect vision. 10/10 would recommend anybody to get their eye exam with them.

Waited around 45 minutes for a walk in and at the end they says they can't do an appointment today as they close at 4. 1 more hr left though. They could have told earlier then I wouldn't waste my time waiting for no reason. Unfriendly staff...

My whole family is using this clinic for a long time and lately their service has gone down the drain. I was 10 mins late for my appointment because train held me on the road. Receptionist was very rude and did not even bother to ask me a reason for it. She bluntly told me to come back another time. I could not imagine how a person could be that rude to their customer. I took time off from my work however it turned out to be a terrible experience.

Dr. Johal has great service. I've been there twice in three years and the service is prompt and he is very professional and seems gentle and kind. Dr. Johal isn't rushed and is very deliberate with his assessment. He went over the images of my corneas and the close affiliation between Lens Crafters next door meant I was in and out with a new prescription in about 15 minutes. I highly recomment him for any eye examinations you might need.

Have been going here for many years. The front desk staff have always been very helpful, professional and coutious. Dr Johal spends the time to explain every aspect of my eye exam and any questions I might have about my overall eye heath and is always giving advice to help going forward.
