Awful experience. Office was messy as hell, Dr. Chewter removed my contact lenses from my eyes without warning, and then threw them out instead of putting them in a case. I had just changed them the day before! He instead gave me another pair before I left, which was way too strong for me. He didn't use any machine to test anything either.

Awesome optometrist! Very professional, friendly, relatable, down to earth guy. I've never felt so comfortable in an eye exam in my life and he did a fantastic job. My husband and I were VERY impressed (he got his eye exam too). We will be scheduling an appointment in the near future to get our daughters eyes checked by him! Also, the receptionist was a sweetheart and was super kind and understanding of our toddler who was in a bit of a mood. Great staff!

Receptionist was very rude to my husband. He has rp and is registered with the cnib for years . I was amazed to hear that she didn't know what cnib was!!! How can she being working in an eye clinic!! I know people can have a bad day but don't take it out on patients!! No empathy for the blind whatsoever!! Will be finding a new Dr. Asap!!

Had a very unpleasant experience with the receptionist when I asked general questions about the services provided - she was quite rude and lacked proper customer service skills. This experience has deterred me from getting my eyes checked at this location. Lost out on a potential client. Customer service should always be top priority!
