Switched optometrists recently because we moved and I found good reviews on Cambridge Eye Care. Well, I can confirm that the good reviews were warranted! Dr. Schaffels is wonderful - professional, friendly, and very helpful. The entire staff I interacted with during my 2 visits to the office were fantastic. The first pair of frames Maralisa suggested for me were perfect. I'm so glad we switched! Also, very reasonable prices on eyewear. I'm looking forward to picking up our new glasses!

Would recommend that everyone go there. I had no issues. They were very quick with giving you an appointment. While at the appointment they were fast at getting you through your tests. Made you feel very comfortable. Answered all my questions and explained things very well. Also helped pick out your glasses and not afaird to say if they don't look good on you. I will tell all my family and friends to go there.

This is by far the best Optometrist office I have been to!! The staff is always friendly, and the office is always inviting! Dr. Alfano is a great Optometrist! He ensures all of my questions/concerns are answered, and educates me along the way! I highly recommend them for all of your eye care needs!!

My experience at Cambridge Eye Care has been excellent. No hard sells, no pressure to purchase anything that I didn’t want, and ready availability for appointments despite the fact that this is clearly a busy and fast-moving clinic. Without fail, the staff at the front desk are cheerful and welcoming, and were very helpful in making sure I had access to all the right rebates for my contact lenses. A special shout out to Trena, who is unfailingly friendly and greets everyone with enthusiasm and kindness. I never felt rushed despite the busy atmosphere. Dr Wood is exceptionally kind and thorough and provides excellent education around eye conditions and products. She even discouraged me from choosing an expensive new product that would not have been right for me (a new type of contact lens), which really is the mark of someone you can trust with your eyes. She carefully explained to me why certain products would not work well for me and worked with me to find a solution that suited my eye health and remained within budget. This is saying something, as I’ve always preferred to order contact lenses online, and due to Dr Wood’s excellent care I had no interest in doing so this time. I trust her advice and know that the clinic will be there to support me should I run into any problems. I began as a new patient with the clinic just a few months ago, and I wish I had discovered this team sooner. I can easily recommend this clinic without hesitation.

The front staff are so welcoming and accommodating (we were new patients and they explained everything about booking an appointment). The technicians were efficient and explained everything clearly and the optometrist was courteous and took her time to make sure you understood everything that was being done. Fantastic experience. The Covid protocols here are absolutely ridiculous. Everything is pretty much open again for business at 100% capacity but yet this clinic still has the doors locked and you have to call for an appointment just to pick up an item. Just stupid, its frustrating for customers and frankly is only going to hurt your business. News alert things are open again. There are other eye care clinics in Cambridge and I've decided to change where I go.

My husband & daughter are active patients with the Cambridge Eye Care specialists. Everyone is super kind, helpful, & knowledgeable. We never have had a complaint or concern. My husband has been seen by Dr Lennox for 25+ years & she is qualified to work with individuals who require Assistive Devices & work under ADP. This is one of the few places around who are. We highly recommend this eye care establishment for ANYONE & everyone, even if you don’t require glasses but need to see how the health of your eyes are. They truly look after you & have your best health in their best interests.

I have purchase new pair of glasses early this year. Glasses frame broke and I went back under warranty to have them fix...well apparently part that broke from the frame will take 5 business days to receive, OK I understand. Therefore I was told in very unprofessional matter that only way is to use tape to have frame fixed...not even a suggestion for a different pair of glasses, matching part etc... Very bad service and once I was told that this only fix they can offer...Lady walks away from me saying "have a good day" TWICE!!!!

I've been to a few different optometrists over the years and was recommended to use Cambridge Eye Care. Wow!! From the eye exam to picking out the glasses, the whole experience was great. Dr. Farquhar is extremely knowledgeable and explains everything in such great detail. She ensures you understand and patiently answered my questions. I was then handed off to Joanne (and her trainee). If anyone is looking for a stylist that is on point, Joanne has an amazing eye for what will suit your face. Not only that, she is excellent with all of the measurements and making sure the eyewear fits ahead of time. My experience for the eye exam and glasses was better than I could have imagined. I picked up curbside and was very happy my glasses fit perfectly, thanks to Joanne. Curbside pick up was... interesting. I was told ahead that I needed to call the number on the door but when I got there, someone had been served in front of me and the employee had the door open. She acknowledged me and said are you calling the number? I told her yes, I could. So she shut the door and then proceeded to answer my call with the door closed. She could have just asked my name when the door was open since she didn't move from that spot when she took the call. Maybe an off day. But the rest of my experience was amazing! Definitely recommend.

Had a great doctor and her service was terrific. They are very in depth and I felt that my eye concerns were dealt with professionally. Had a little trouble getting my prescription as the lenses were not correct and had to be sent back. Took a little over 3 weeks. Other than that, I wold certainly recommend this place.

Beth Lennox performed a detailed examination of my eyes, and the new prescription lens has helped with reading fine print again, no more magnifying lens to be used. The glasses are the best, my eyes required literally not adjustment.

I went here today to get some new glasses. There was no wait as I was seen 2:55 even though my appointment was for 3:00! The staff were exceptionally nice and the optometrist I saw was extremely pleasant and knowledgable. The location is beautiful and they have a great selection of glasses frames. What an amazing group. I needed a last min eye check after going to a walk in clinic and was directed to see an optometrist right away. Nervously I called around and this group took me in right away. I met with Dr Alex Farquhar who is outstanding. All the women here are friendly, sweet and just so awesome to be around!!!! First class treatment and customer service!!
