I have been a long term patient at this clinic and my experience has been very different compared to the other reviews. I find the staff very efficient and professional. I have had no problems with the staff being rude. They are very accommodating when I have to change my appointment. I also find the assistants very helpful and friendly. The Doctor provides me and my family great care. Highly recommend!

Carey the admin was rude with a senior and is rude every time communication is needed. The previous review for one star stating that the staff is unfriendly is 100% correct. Unprofessional and subpar customer service. Treating seniors with ignorance And disrespect is unacceptable adult behaviour I have been to the clinic multiple times and this seems to be the standard and also seems to be accepted by management. This is extremely disappointing as I have been recommended by someone who has been coming to this clinic for about 30 years. I must admit that the doctors go above and beyond and we’re pretty amazing to deal with. Admin staff specifically carrie you suck

The absolute worst eye clinic, the staff are so rude and will not help you if their life depended on it. Marnie & Carey or whatever tf their names are, are the most ignorant people that you will ever meet. Do not go there ever!!!
