The receptionist at Dr. Goel office, Janna, is absolutely a ruthless person. I had a horrible experience with her today. Dr Goel is an amazing doctor, as I've heard from the majority, but his staff has a potential to disgrace his reputation. I really hope Dr. Goel can rectify the issue most of his patients encounter with his receptionist. It is unacceptable to be treated with disrespect especially those with language barriers or disability such as hearing impaired or poor eyesight. Today, she yelled at this patient who was hard of hearing, and struggled to follow her directions. The majority of his patients don't have the skills to write a feed back and express their emotions. My mom who is patient of Dr. Goel often express her fear in front of the receptionist, but pleased with the way Dr. Goel handle his patients, there is no doubt. I really hope Dr. Goel would find a suitable replacement.

I happily applied for a postion, and recieved notification that I had an skills testing/interview! When I googled the place... I found horrible reviews about the staff and their behaviour. I didn't think reviews could really affect a place but, I won't be attending the interview.

Dr. Goel is great; a wonderful opthalmologist. His staff on the other hand are rude, unhelpful, heartless robots. They never returned my call when trying to book an appointment, and even claimed I'd made an appointment for last week that they called me to confirm (they did not; my phone records refute this) and even while in tears, worried because I'm type 1 diabetic and 6 months pregnant needing this appointment, they showed no compassion or caring in regards to getting me in or at least getting rid of their no-show fee I'd have to pay next time!!! Never going back. I'm going to get a referral to a different clinic.

I had a interview at this place and the one receptionist was fine ( I think she was only there on the Saturday to help with interviews ) and then there was another girl there as well but she was EXTREMELY rude to me for absolutely no reason. Then I had the chance to do a job shadow at this clinic and I took it. I had only half an hour to review a 4 page booklet and practice on a computer which contains their scheduling and such. After my half hour was up I went to the receptionist desk to sit with the rude girl who I had seen on Saturday. So already I was not looking forward to this job shadow. Obviously I had never worked here before and had no idea of how to fully work their computers and the girl then tells me to pull up patients charts and check patients in and then proceeded to get mad at me when I did things wrong. She did not help me or mentor me at all. She made me VERY uncomfortable and I would never work there even if I got the job. I can only imagine how she treats the patients on a daily basis. The other thing is, there was another girl there for the job shadow ( which is strange because there is only one receptionist and it would make things kinda awkward having 2 people applying for the same job in such a small clinic) and while I was getting ready to leave I over heard the receptionist say to the other girl "I like you waay better than the other girl" (meaning me) anyway, the doctor was very nice but his office is getting a bad rep from his awful receptionist.

Went for a scheduled interview>>>>>>>>>>, most unprofessional set up ever, I drove 35 minutes to fill out a one page form and was told thank you, we will contact you. What a waste of my time. Did not even get to talk to a live person. Imagine how he treats his patients. WOULD NOT WORK THERE IF I WAS HOMELESS, WOULD RATHER EAT OFF THE STREETS. - had to give 1 star BUT it is really -100%

I do not know if Dr. Goel reads the reviews. He is fantastic, however his credibility is killed by his receptionists. They are very rude and unprofessional. They treat the patients badly. If Dr. Goel can fix this, his clinic will be awesome.

The worst experience ever. I think this clinic have the rudest and the most unprofessional staff I have ever seen. I never gave bad reviews but this time I just couldn’t handle that how racist and rude people are working in Dr Nand Goel’s clinic. I don’t know if he is aware of this or not, because of the receptionist I don’t recommend anyone going there at all.

I am a former patient of Dr Goel. While Dr Goel is excellent at his profession, the same cannot be said about the female receptionists he hired. The receptionists were unprofessional and dealt with my request very rudely. I will not recommend this clinic until Dr Goel changes his staff to be more customer friendly. Note: The reason for this posting was because I was not allowed by the receptionists to email or contact Dr Goel regarding my concerns.

I have read the comments about Dr Goel's office and while I have never experienced the issues - his office is very busy - I think for a reason. Dr. Goel genuinely cares about his patients and he is very good. I met him 15 years ago after running into difficulties that another doctor could not clear up for me. Dr Goel managed to correct the problem without the use of steroid based drops. In my opinion he is excellent. The waiting room is busy because of the people cycling between examining room while the drops in their eyes take effect - from what I can see a very efficient operation (plus I like that he opens at 6:30 am - which other doctor does that?). My advice is that if the doctor is good, and you know that there are possible problems with the receptionist - confirm, confirm, confirm your details so that there are no misunderstandings.

Dr Goel's office is very unproffessional. I had surgery on my one eye and it went good. Dr goel convinced me not to get the other eye done and I wish I never listened to him. My eye deteriorated very fast. I am a class one driver and thats how I make my living. When I called dr goels office to see if I could get in, they advised me it was going to be after my birthday which means no license. I asked them to make an exception because I would end up losing my job. The ignorant staff up front said no. I booked my appointment for Oct/21/2016 at 8:15 and when I took the day off from work to go.....I arrive to be told I cancelled my appointment!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ya right, like I waited 2 and a half months to cancell my appointment. I told them they must have made a mistake and the ignorant front staff said too bad. Dr Goel would NOT EVEN let me see him for 3 minutes either. It seems there is a problem with my eye, that I have been told and I could now suffer permanent damage to my eye. I am going to be filing a complaint against this over booked place and also filing a malpractice suit against him. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS PLACE.... ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS MAKING MONEY AS FAST AS THEY CAN...... THIS IS YOUR EYESIGHT WE ARE TALKING ABOUT .. DON'T TAKE A CHANCE
