I'll probably won't use this office again. I feel like it's all about the money. To follow up with Dr. Henry Response. I believe you're a good doctor. I can feel it from my eye exam. I wish that some of the kindness and caring that you have is transferred to your front end staff. My family have been going to the same office since Dr. Seibal was there. It wasn't easy for us to just leave. Anyways, I do wish you well and your business to do well. Also, we would like to visit Brazil sometime.

My daughter is a patient of the clinic for about 3 years and she had an eye surgery 2 days ago and needed prescription sunglasses pos surgery. I went there to buy one pair and they said they couldn't do it because her prescription was 11 months old and I needed to pay for a new consultation and new prescription for her first. I explained the situation again and asked the receptionist if I could talk to Dr. Henry because my daughter is in pain and with the eyes patched after surgery and could not come in and she really needs the sunglasses. The receptionist was very rude saying he is a very busy person and couldn't talk to me. After I insisted to talk to Dr. Henry the other receptionist (nicer one) went to his office and asked him if they could do it. He said yes but without even talking to me or asking if my daughter was ok after the eye surgery. Very frustrating and disappointed. Follow up: Dr. Henry called me to check the situation and did his best to fix it. My daughter was really happy with the glasses. Thank you for your response. It really meant a lot to me and my family. Definitely changing this review to a 5 star one now.

I was looking for an optometrist that had an OCT scanner (newer tech to scan the optical nerve) and was referred to Integra Eyecare. Dr. Askarpoor took the time to carefully explain the results of every test to me. She also didn't hesitate to oblige my request to fill out some extra forms that I had brought (with some information that my doctor requested). I found her to be a very warm and professional communicator -- and the staff were all friendly and kind. This is a great place to get your eyes tested and taken care of.

Totally recommended! When a friend of mine suggested to go to Integra for a new set of glasses for my wife and me, I was skeptical: "how can it be that there is no better place without travelling 20 km? They'd better deliver!". And they did. The eye exam was the most careful and detailed I've ever had. The optometrist gave me some very good piece of advice, that I strongly resisted, but she was right, and I am glad to enjoy the benefits every day, my eye strain has decreased a lot since having a dedicated pair of glasses for working at the PC. Picking the right style of glasses was a pleasant experience even in these crazy COVID days, and both my wife and me found exactly what we were looking for. The optometrist, again, provided very good suggestions on picking the right lenses, with the right price, and finally the glasses were adjusted multiple times until having a perfect fit. A flawless and satisfying experience, that surely makes travelling across the Greater Vancouver worth it!

The front staff made a mistake and booked my family of four for an appointment on two separate days. They called to confirm all of us the day before by texting, emailing and calling and finally it was confirmed that all four of us would make it on Friday. But the day before we got another phone call to confirm the appointment which seemed excessive and so I let them know that they don't need to call so many times to confirm. Then I took time off from work and got the kids out of school to go to our appointment only for them to turn us back saying that we were scheduled the day before! the front staff and specially Caitlyn was rude, unhelpful and even emailed me to threaten that we missed our appointment the day before, by wanting to charge us $50 each!!! they front staff are the first to come in contact and they lost my as patience and will make sure to tell our friends not to go to this clinic!

I met Dr. Henry Reis in one of the most delicate moments of my life when I was pregnant, inexplicably losing the vision of my right eye and just arriving from an international trip in the middle of a pandemic. Dr Henry took the risk of seeing me just 2 days after I re-entered Canada under suspicion of contamination by Covid-19. Dr Henry detected the cause of my vision loss and personally contacted doctors who could solve the problem and in three weeks, in the middle of a pandemic, I was being operated to remove a benign brain tumor that was compressing my optic nerve, causing vision loss. 20 days after the surgery I have recovered almost 100% of my vision and in a healthy pregnancy, thanks to Dr Henry who did much more than his obligation as an optometrist to ensure that I received the correct treatment preserving my vision and the life of my son. I will be forever grateful to Dr. Henry for the unparalleled service and care provided by him and all his excellent Integra Eye Care team.

Dr Tsui was able to target what was causing my blurring vision at different times of the day. She gave a clear explanation about my condition, and what I can do about it. Prior to going to Integra Eyecare, my previous Optometrists couldn't figure out or tell me what was wrong. All they did was measure and prescribed me glasses... I think those lens caused me discomfort and a headache... but I thought that was normal so I ignored it. I wish I went to Integra Eyecare sooner. The facility is very clean and organized. During my appointment, the staff guided me every step of the way. There's no room for confusion. I will be back again!!

Very pleasant experience, the owner has very up to date technology to tell you about what's happening with your eyes each year using AI, he also really tries to to find lenses that suite you best and takes the time to go over your options with you and keep you informed during the testing. The lady helping me pick out my glasses was lovely, took alot of extra time to find me lenses I liked and talk me through my different payment options, even let me use some contacts so I could see what I was trying on better. I had my eye examination with Dr. Reis today which I've seen since I moved to Vancouver. He goes above and beyond what's required for an eye examination. He answers all your questions in detail and gives you peace of mind (as I am fearful of eye diseases running in my family). I don't agree with the negative comments, it actually breaks my heart because my mom is also a business owner and it's not fair when someone is putting so much effort into his work, is not appreciated as it should be. Please call their office and give them your feedback in person. I would them 10 stars if I could.

Fantastic! It might take a while to get an appointment but the wait is well worth it. The staff and doctors are friendly and efficient. The doctors take the time to explain everything to you so you don’t leave wondering what to do next. There is no hard sell regarding glasses or contacts, in fact 1 of the doctors told me an otc reader I had bought was a good deal and sufficient. We have been going to Integra since Dr Reis took over from Dr Seibold and would not consider a move.

I had my annual eye exam on April 20th. The level of professionalism at Integra has always been top notch; the staff are very courteous. At this particular appointment, my exam was conducted by William; I had not seen him before. I was very impressed with his demeanour and level of professionalism. He told me everything that he would be doing. Even though I have had eye exams before, William spoke to me like I could have very well been a new patient. His demeanour fits extremely well with someone providing service to others. I've had split vision all my life and I was complimented on how quickly I could switch which eye was in control. Was very surprised to attend this clinic yesterday for the first time and NOT have anyone ask any COVID screening questions upon my entry. Furthermore, I saw very lax cleaning procedures (barely a clean, if anything) of the equipment that they were using to test my eyes prior to seeing the optometrist (esp. given the fact that you have to rest your face against them). Having said this, Dr Jenny Tsui was awesome and super personable. I would visit her again. I didn’t like the pressure to buy glasses immediately after the appointment, nor did I appreciate the fact that the older lady the optometrist sat me in front of to choose my glasses was one of the ONLY people in the clinic NOT wearing a mask (in addition to one optometrist!) and she sat me so close to her. I felt like COVID precautions were very lax at this clinic and it made me quite uncomfortable.

I have been using glasses since I was 8 so I have a lot of experience with optometrists. Dr. Reis is the BEST one (he's an opthamologist). I actually look forward to my yearly check up. He really takes the time to address your concerns and goes above and beyond. I don't feel rushed at all like at other optometrists. He takes the time to really explain things. He is very friendly and so great with kids. He is also up to date with the newest technology and information. I highly recommend him to everyone I know. The only downside is he gets booked up fast. I’ve ordered my yearly supply of contact lenses in September and still have not received half of it. First they called me to come pick it up and when I went they had the wrong prescription number. They re-ordered again. Second time, after calling multiple times they asked me to come pick it up, I went only to find out half of the box for my right eye was missing. I understand with COVID 19 things are backed up and I was very patient but it’s frustrating to see how unorganized they are.

I visited this place to get my eye checked up by Dr. Maryam Askarpoor. this clinic offered me great customer service and also gave me an early appointment which made me really happy because I was going to travel and wanted to get my eye checked out before I left the city!! The clinics equipment are all high tech and all my questions and concerns were cleared out by my doctor :) I even bought me a new pair of glasses since they had many options for me to choose from! I was going in for a routine checkup and walked out with an awesome pair of shades!!! When I first came in William did my pre-test and was super explanatory, clear and profession. Dr. Askarpoor is super charismatic easy to get along with and boasts a wealth of knowledge and was super efficient yet thorough on my exam. Finally I saw Ewa who helped me choose out an awesome pair of sunglasses. She was very helpful with all around knowledge of the glasses and made me ordering the specific ones I wanted painless! 5/5 clinic! Highly recommend!

Highly recommend ! I saw Dr. Petar Prpic - amazing optometrist. Best eye exam I ever had. He was very thorough/knowledgeable, friendly, and made the experience a breeze. The staff are also amazing. I normally dread trying on glasses because I never seem to be able to find a pair that is both comfortable and looks good. Different story here though. The opticians, Stephen and Lisa, made the experience extremely fun. Both very knowledgeable and helpful during the process. I told Lisa my preferences, and she nailed it the first try. I was very impressed with most of the staff I met that day. Jenny Tsui was the optometrist I saw. I think the names of the pretest people were Karen and William. These people were great. Dr Tsui was very knowledgeable and explained things to me in a way that I could understand. There was an issue with my new lenses which made me unhappy but she talked it over with staff and called me personally to rectify the problem. I was very impressed and very happy with the resolution.

I don't just say that, Dr. Reiss is very thorough with his exams and Tatiana is plain awesome. She's a great optician. The whole staff there are dedicated to their roles, and it was an excellent experience for me overall. Their priority is to provide you with what you need.
