I shopped around for eye glasses and just by chance I stopped at this clinic in Burlington, ON. I met Sapna Shah, who had a very nice personally and not pushy at all. She knew what she was talking about. Their prices were amazing and she did exactly what she said she was going to do which is hard to find these days. I highly recommend her and her services to anyone and I am a difficult person to impress. Cheers! David

I personally discovered this place on Google with the rating. I didn't pay attention to distance that I had to do from my place but it really didn't matter as I was not disappointed by the services. Staff is really friendly, helpful and professional. In short, this place deserves a 5 stars rating and I highly recommend it.

Sapna and her team are very friendly and professional. Sapna definitely knows her stuff and takes a genuine interest in her clients! Being on a tight budget they steered me in the best direction and I was still able to get ALL that I needed while learning about options for the future. I went for an eye exam after seeing good reviews on Google but I was quite disappointed during my visit. When the optometrist called me to his room, he didn’t even introduce himself and coldly asked me what prescription I am wearing when he was holding the form that already had the information filled out at the front? I mentioned I mainly wear contact lenses but during the whole encounter he was talking prescription numbers in terms of glasses which confused me. I had my contact lens on in the beginning and he said I had 20/20 vision with my contact lens when he checked my eyes with them first. When he checked my eyes without my contact lens, he said my right eye prescription did not change at all but that my left eye worsened by -1.25. I anticipated that my eye prescription may have changed in the last 3 years, but I wanted to compare between two new numbers again to double check for my own. This was because I wasn’t having any issues at all with my vision and I was a bit surprised to see that only my left eye worsened by more than a whole digit, especially when he said my vision was 20/20 with my current contact lens on. It is also not uncommon to feel the need to compare two numbers a few times to confirm the difference. He was annoyed, said “Ma’am, It doesn’t matter to me what prescription you want. I can write your old prescription number if you want.” I said I am not trying to argue with him and that I'd just appreciate if I could compare again to confirm. He sighed, unwillingly allowed me to double check between two numbers again. He pointed to the computer, said this is your prescription (when I can’t even read with my contacts off…) then coldly said to go pick it up at the front. I went to the bathroom to put my contact lenses back on only to have other people in the room already when I haven’t even grabbed my stuff. I felt rushed and dismissed. There was lack of patience, bedside manner, and rapport building. On a separate note, before the eye exam I asked the man at the front whether they will price match. He confidently said they offer the best price in the area (I know this is not true because I had called a few places in the area as I am new in Burlington). He said this will be up to the optometrist, but not only did I not get a chance to ask this, I no longer wanted to give more business after my encounter.
