It was my first time visiting the doctor. As soon aa we got to the office, we were promptly taken into the room to be examined. Dr asked questions and listened carefully and then thoroughly examined me. He explained everything in very simple terms and it was extremely easy to understand what he was saying. He handled my concerns very well. Would highly recommend!

Twice now over the 10 years I've been seeing Dr. Ratnasingam, a situation has occurred where I have run out of contacts and the lovely receptionist has provided me a trial pair untill I could come in to get an eye test and place an order for more contacts. I drive warehouse machinery for a living and so them being able to accommodate me is literally the difference of a full paycheck vs time off. Other than that Dr. Ratnasingam os a great doctor always making you feel comfortable and explaining what he is doing.
