Nobody answers the phone

The receptionist does'nt care about your condition unless you have been referred by a doctor. The optomologist said not to go anywhere else if the eye condition he already treated you for gets worse. The miscommunication between receptionist and optomologist needs to change. The way she answered the phone is as if she woke up on the wrong side of the bed and it was only 9:15am. Not like she even worked more than 15 minutes to have that much attitude.

This was my first ever visit here today and I must say I was impressed .During these harsh covid 19 times this office was run professionally yet friendly, Dr Dan McGillivray was great and the staff I met , Linda and Mandy were very nice plus the others I never got names .I was a bit nervous , so thanks for the great treatment

Best experience ever having my cataracts done. Dr. McGillvray is very thorough, professional and very caring. His staff are excellent and always there to help. I travelled along way to see him and it was well worth it.

While going through the starbucks drive thru my mom waved to this building and said "thank you Dr. Migivilary" and I asked her why she was saying that and waving and she told me the story of how he saved her vision! So I asked my mom if she wanted to type a review but my mom can't type from crying when I asked her what she wanted to say so ill quote her underneath her tears of being so greatful. "He saved my vision and he's the only person who showed me any compassion when I lost my vision in one eye so quick and was so scared. Thank you Dr.Migilvary for saving my vision I could never thank you enough, you are the best at what you do! I would strongly reccomend you to anybody with vision problems like CSR, never heard of it until it happend to me and he comforted me knowing I had a 90% chance of recovery without surgery and he had my back if I needed surgery"
