Although you wait quite a long time, very thorough and professional. I particular, Joy was most helpful regarding eye drops for dry eyes. Dr. Singer is a great eye specialists and you feel like you are in good hands.

Jerry Liu

Dr. Singer is very very nice. The technicians are also very friendly and professional. The equipments are new and well maintained. The waiting in the front was a bit long and cold tho. Once we were called in, everything was so much nicer.

[Avoid] i had two pre appointment conversations with their office asking anything I need to prepare prior to my appointment ( nothing was their answer). My appointment started on time and I was escorted to a huge processing area with many rooms with waiting customers. Only then was I advised I’d be waiting between two to three hours to see the Doctor. I like many others have jobs and life obligations and do not have the bandwidth to wait that time frame. I therefore left and tried to rebook a future appointment that fits my availability. Apparently I was offered dates/times during my work week and they’re open only during banking hours and no weekends. At this point, I have found alternate options in Hamilton and gladly we migrate. In conclusion, the medical team need to be transparent to expected wait times and not mislead people

Dr. Singer is excellent!

The doctors are excellent but the admin doesn't know time management. Our appointment was at 10.45 and they callus at 12.30pm. The receptionist were too busy and unfriendly

Ron J

I found this clinic to be very professional, friendly and helpful staff. New facility with up to date equipment.

There is not way to get in touch with them over the phone. I dialed more than 50 times and nothing.

2nd experience here and no different: 1 hr and 10 minute wait, then called in. Brought to a second sitting room for another HOUR and 10 minutes along with 15 other people from the first room who were called on before me. Finally called in and had to wait 10 more minutes in the chair. Clearly a VOLUME based BUSINESS as opposed to a PATIENT based medical facility. Not right. The only reason for 1 star is that Dr. Singer was kind.

Kenneth Owen

Dr. Singer is caring, and insightful. He always has time for questions. Everything you expect from a quality doctor comes naturally from this man.

Second visit here and have had the same experience. Waited over an hour after scheduled appointment time the first time and waiting today for 45 minutes so far. People have jobs and responsibilities, scheduling patients needs improvement.

Dr Singer is wonderful. After spending nearly 4 hours at ER, I was sent to see Dr Singer late on a Friday. His staff had all left for the day. Dr Singer examined my eye and determined I needed 2 tears repaired. We immediately went to JB for laser surgery. He was patient, kind and explained everything to me. I couldn't be happier for the care I received

Beware..... Took my mother here for her 10:45am appt with Dr. McGillivray. Was concerned about a long wait based on prior experience. Spoke to the Receptionist who told me it would be about 20 min before seeing the technician for testing, but about 1 hour and 20 min to see the doctor! The tech called her for her tests after 27 min. But then she had to wait another 17 min in an inner waiting room before get 1st tests. She had 2 different tests (about 5 min each or less) then was seen by the doctor at 12:11pm for 2.5 min. So 90 min total, of which a good hour could have been avoided with proper scheduling and consideration for patients.

No one ever picks up the phone. Great doctor though.

I have been a patient from Dr Singer for almost ten years. He saved me from a retina detachment an later give me a new eye through new lens after my cataract surgery. He is a dedicated and excellent surgeon and eye doctor

Kathy Matthews

Horrible wait times. Someone has very poor organizational/time management skills

Kevin Lee

Dr Singer is great! His staff was great too. Both very kind and thorough. He explained the likely cause of eye strain and that helped change post-surgery care. Not sure why the ratings here are not that great...

Terrible service! You can't get through to them on the phone - I have called 43 times this morning trying to make a follow-up appointment and the line is always busy. There is no online booking, and no call-back option.

HORRID EXPERIENCE WITH RECEPTIONIST TODAY! Told appt is 29th of September not 18th and that they confirmed with the telephone number that was not mine! Called 637 not 617 ! I have spoke with office on 3 occasions to confirm time and details! Receptionist stated they never spoke to me! Then blamed referral which has correct telephone number! They called me on my number with new date! Their mistake! I returned the call to ask details nursing home wanted! How long she'd be out! Would she need drops! Called again for directions as I didn't see office between Fabricland and Sports store! Nurse at home stated it was by Starbucks! I haven't had my mum out of nursing home since March! A waste of my time, the nursing home, frustration for my mum with dementia! Spoke to office manager! I had to take my mum back to home and she was very upset! So stressed out and heard awesome things about Doctor and had to wait 9 months so I have to return! Very unsettling! Scared if my mum has a horrible wait! She won't understand!

Jesse Phillips

Awful experience. They are never on time. You will always wait at least 1 hour and a half before seeing the doctor. Clearly they schedule too many appointments per day. Would not recommend this office to anyone. Burlington really needs another eye surgeon that is more efficient.

My husband, Alfonso, had procedures done and Dr. Singer was the attending surgeon. My husband says that "Dr. Singer did his job very well with good attention and care . A kind doctor and so attentive and give importance to every patient".
