This was the most information I have ever been given about my eyes...The staff here were so wonderful and I would travel to see this group if i moved from Brantford. I am 60 and it is the first time an optometrist has ever explained in detail what is going on and why...cant say enough. Just an awesome experience. And so glad i waited through the waiting list

My past three prescriptions have come from William Street. It's a nice big house in the middle of a downtown neighbourhood. Reliable doctors, friendly staff, a good selection of glasses, and ample parking. (Admittedly, I've only been here for prescriptions. This will be my first pair of glasses from here.)

Our first visit was a phenomenal experience! Customer care is clearly a priority here. Our doctor was professional and friendly. Providing clear answers to all of our questions and concerns. She also took the time to learn my son’s Mohawk name and correctly pronounced it throughout our visit. Thoroughly confident in the eye care we received. Great selection of frames! ???? Highly recommend!

Dr. Bobar is one of the best optometrist that I am seeing from long time. He is very caring and he cares for his patients. Had an issue with the billing the other day. I spoke with him about the issue and he resolved it on the spot for me. I also suggested him to ask his staff to be more clearer in future about the pricing for the eye exam when booking the appointments so patients know ahead of time what to expect. Seeing at things send by email can be deceiving and might not understandable properly.

William St Eyecare is by far the best business in Brantford!!! The staff is very friendly, kind, knowledgeable and they go above and beyond! In a world full of Eeyores the staff leaves you feeling happy! Dr. Wilson is very knowledgeable, kind and has a great sense of humour! Jenn the optician is amazing!!!! She treats you like a best friend would as she finds you the perfect glasses. I mentioned that l wanted glasses without the plastic nose pieces because they have fallen off before (glasses bought at Costco). I continued to try on glasses and then without realizing it Jenn brings back my glasses with the nose pieces changed, the glasses cleaned and the arms tighten!!!! Wow!!! Even though l have an appointment every year because l'm diabetic and get the eye drops that sting its still a great place!

She was able to find perfect frames that suited me within minutes, allowing the decision for the perfect pair fast and easy. This organization is 100% focused on the bottom line. Client care is at a minimum. At the height of the pandemic they gave me the wrong appointment time on the phone. When I arrived 15 mins early for my appointment I waited outside for 5 mins before coming outside to tell me I was 10 mins late. Had I not had to wait for 5 mins for someone to answer the door it would have been 5 mins late for the time they had me down for. Not only did they refuse to reschedule my appointment, they also told me that they would not allow me to attend the office again until I paid A $65 fee. All this at the height of the pandemic. Please choose any other provider in the city.

I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived. Nice to see everyone dressed in black. Very professional. Loved the new Dr I visited. She was very knowledgeable, well spoken , incredibly personable. The staff downstairs in glass fitting followed great protocols and I found the girl who assisted me to be every bit as charming as my Dr. Great visit!!

I have been going to William Street Eyecare for over 40 years and I have all ways been treated very good and have 5 children and 6 grandchildren who also go there and I would recommend them to anyone cause they care about there patients ????

Dr Clarke was great. However one staff member is definitely lacking. I did not appreciate being left out in the rain to answer COVID questions since the person asking kept the door open anyway. Then during an expensive test, where I had to stay still and not blink, this same person barged into the exam room and had a conversation with the person performing my test. This was totally inappropriate and rude.

My parents were refused service because they wouldn’t answer there invasive questionnaire and give there upfront credit card number for extra costs above OHIP coverage. They were customers for over 25 years and were very offended!! Only reason for 1 star is because it requires it to post

Dr. Telfer was very pleasant, funny and professional. She framed her answers in language and terms that were easily understood. The clinic is well run and is observing strict Covid protocols.
