The office is clean and tidy and during COVD-19 the extra precautions they have taken for the safety of their clients are above and beyond which is much appreciated. My entire family has been going to Brantford Eye Care (Brantford), for many years. I have always found Dr. Bahoshy (and formerly, Dr. Schumacher), to be kind, caring and professional. The entire staff is welcoming, knowledgeable, and helpful, particularly Carrie, who spent a great deal of time with me today, helping me choose frames, and more importantly, the prescription lenses best suited to my needs. My whole family has been going for the last 8 years and over those years we have see many of the doctors there, and to us, they’re all amazing! Kind, patient and extremely knowledgeable. Dr.Jill even helped fix my daughters eye when she was dealing with a concussion through vision therapy. The girls that help you pick glasses are so much fun to work with. Very honest and offering lots of different styles to look at. We love going there because we always feel so welcome. Not just like another number.

Spectacular, ....service extraordinary....the eye exam was thoughtful and thorough. Picking out my frames was extremely relaxing. They listened to what I required....no nonsense frames and glass lenses.....I couldn't make up my mind between 2 frames so the office and customers were voting on which ones suited me better. The most enjoyable experience. Was impressed that they went through my insurance company first.....so easy on the budget. I picked them from reviews and they delivered. Well deserved.

We are New clients, took my daughter there to get an eye exam and prescription for new glasses. For four months she was struggling to see the black board and do her homework. I called the office to let them know she was having trouble they told me to go back to the optical place that filled her prescription they probably did it wrong. the optical place said the prescription was done right to her glasses and to get a second opinion. I did and went and got another eye exam, and the prescription written by this place was completely inaccurate. They added pluses instead of minuses. Stay far away from this place if you can.

I had two pair of existing frames updated in a very short period of time. Melissa was really excellent at ensuring eyes were measured properly to optimize my sight with the new prescription. Highly recommend if you're in the Brantford area.

I like my optometrist but picking out a pair of glasses here was challenging. I normally get my glasses online but was tired of fitting issues. I thought by splurging (getting them directly from the optometrists office) I would get quality service and the perfect fitting glasses. I was mistaken. I felt like I was an inconvenience to the staff when picking out my pair and they didn't know how to fit my glasses properly. I'm going to have to get them fitted elsewhere. Total was $700 and still had to pay $300 out of pocket after insurance. I'm never getting glasses here again. Definitely not worth it. *update on review based on owner's reply. Thanks for the reply. This is a public forum for posting reviews and I do not appreciate you commenting on my patient status, as this may be breaching confidentiality. I am not looking for resolve from the owner on the issue, otherwise I would have contacted the clinic directly. I am simply sharing my experience with others, as is normally done on platforms such as this one.

Had to have my first eye exam in Brantford. Picked a spot to go randomly. Experience was first rate from time I arrived until I was done. From the desk staff to my initial assessment to my meeting with Dr Yeaman. Turned out I picked a spot right beside My ‘glasses guy’. By the time I went next door to pick out new frames and before I even left to go home I came back to Brantford Eye Care with a referral. My wife. I expect she will receive the same incredible service that I enjoyed. I have definitely found my GO TO Optometrist in Brantford. Oh and by the way Dr Yeaman my golf game was not affected.
