My glasses had accidentally been stepped on and were seriously bent and both lenses were slightly out of place. These glasses have seen some accidental abuse over the past 2 years I might add. I managed to straighten them out somewhat, but decided it would best be repaired by Larry at Scotia Optical. I drove to the store and spoke with the lady at the front desk who assured me that Larry would be back from his afternoon lunch break and would be able to assist with repairs. By the time I arrived back at the store and walked in the front entrance, Larry greeted me cordially and was nearly finished repairing the frames. A few further adjustments as well as trying them on and these glasses, I kid you not felt as new as the day I bought them. I was wholeheartedly impressed with Larry's dedication and service he offered - and without charge. Folks.... this gentleman is well experienced in his craft, and offers an excellent service to the community. Don't hesitate to stop by. Scotia Optical will meet your optical needs.

Over a week for glasses. Wrong lenses for glasses. Told 3 different days for glasses. Staff was friendly only positive.

Cannot say enough positive. We were travelling on Saturday from Regina to Steinbach for a family event and my dads glasses broke. He cannot function without his glasses at all. We called ahead and when we arrived took dad's glasses and were able to fix them. A very tricky fix as they were steel frames that broke and needed to be soldered. We were so pleased that they got fixed and then the owner said, "no charge!" It was the difference between a perfect weekend for my dad, and what could have been a weekend full of frustration. An example of one person taking time to sincerely care about another. Thanks again.
