The staff at GRMC Vision are absolutely wonderful. I had laser eye surgery a month ago, and my vision is incredible now. I had a scare 2 days after my surgery when my daughter accidentally hit my eye and my vision became cloudy. I called the office and immediately they made room for me to come in that day as soon as I could so they could check it. They are very professional, friendly and have made the whole experience easy and enjoyable! The doctors are very knowledgeable and very friendly as well.

Made an appointment 6 months ago. Completely forgot about the appointment as it was 6 months ago. No reminder call just a rude message left by a staff member stating matter of factly she was indeed canceling my second appointment because I forgot about the first one. I called back apologising but she made it clear if I wanted another one well i was just going to have to wait, which would be fine if the manner in which she treated me wasnt so inconsiderate and down right snobby. Very unprofessional and very Interesting way to treat someone who is losing their sight during covid. Shame on her.
