Went in to buy my wife some glasses, this is are first time ever buying glasses, so it’s a new to us. we asked an associates to explain the process and priceing , she was very unprofessional with terrible customer service. She seemed as if she didn’t even want to deal with us !! We left and Will never return.

Great service. Even though I messed up my appointment time and was a bit late, they managed to get the tests and check up completed in time for me to make my next appointment. Efficient, friendly and thorough. I would recommend this clinic to anyone in the area.

I've attended an optometrist with this business for over 20 years, and when he was not available I have had to be quickly fit in with other optometrists. Both doctors and staff are wonderful and polite and waiting times are never a worry! If I need to see my own highly coveted optometrist, I am still able to see him within a matter of days if not a week or two. Pricing options are discussed thoroughly with patients before decisions are made, so no surprises are thrown at unsuspecting peoples. I would never think of going to another optometry business for as long as I live!

Immaculate business! It is insanely rare that I will give a business 5 stars (variety of reasons, mostly because I believe a company should wow you to get a 5) but I wish I could give these guys a 6. Unbelievable on all fronts. - Georgeous Massive Office - Attentive (almost intimate) reception - very knowledable, friendly, insanely fast doctor (probably the best doctor ive ever visited period). *Also to note. He was blunt with the info, but wasn't offensive at all. Just....assertive and clear. He wasn't trying to baby me like a vet or kick me out like a walk-in. It was literally perfect. - and the fees/produt costs were super reasonable. I can't say enough good. Any and all eye stuffs for me and anyone who asks you HAVE TO HAVE TO give these guys a shot. Literally perfect. I wish I could write a story about my experience but I'm too sick to put in that much effort lol. But seriously though. FYidoctors FTW.

I had an appointment with Dr. Don Williamson and honestly I almost wept with joy after I was done. He's the only eye doctor I've ever had that actually really listened to me and I'm getting upgraded lenses which should improve my focusing issue. Everyone there was very helpful and professional, making a stressful situation easy. I'm so grateful.

Price went from 199$ to 239$ to 450$ In about 18 seconds. Can’t order and pay at pickup, even though we’ve ordered glasses here for over 4 years... and through the military too— wouldn’t let me look at glasses while holding my 4 month old baby in my arms just to keep him moving and not crying just sitting still, while my hubby was with the other 4 month old trying to also pick a pair to speed the process up- what a terrible process. We all have masks on and nobody wants to touch anything- we will be looking elsewhere. I love how they reply only to the nice comments too!

I was in today to get a broken nosepad on my favourite red pair of glasses fixed. Fast. Helpful. Excellent service. My glasses are as good as new! They even helped me fix my other blue glasses that were constantly sliding down my nose. Whatever was done to the blue ones, they seem to stay in place a lot better, so maybe now I'll actually get some real use out of them instead of leaving them in their case all the time, and i can occasionally give my red ones a rest so they don't wear out as quickly! Thanks so much, staff. Oh, and please say hello to Dr. Williamson for me. He's my favourite doctor. I grew up seeing him. [It's me, Shaylyn.]

In 2015 my parent suffered a stroke and it was identified she needed new glasses, not only did they do an amazing job working with her capabilities; and treating her with tremendous respect. Recently they also were quick to help problem solve when those glasses needed replacement and she no longer was living in Brandon. Hands down top notch customer service!

It's always an amazing experience at FYI - I have been going to Dr. Williamson for roughly 30 years - he is great at what he does and he's a great communicator. Arrived for my appointment 5 minutes early and was asked a few questions regarding covid 19 . I did not have to wait long to see my Doctor. I was given a token for the parking garage . Very fast and friendly service .
