Great place to go. I went for my first checkup in years. Dr. Theresa was very friendly and informative. The checkup was efficient and thorough. Was never pushed to buy anything. I'll keep going here!

WARNING Do Not Go Here!! I got my eyes tested here. When I finally got my glasses they were HORRIBLE. I was literally dizzy. Ive got headaches from wearing them for no longer than 20 mins. I Would NOT recommend going here. They screwed up my glasses. If I can give 0 stars i would!

Really enjoyed my visit. Was made to feel extremely comfortable and was treated with friendly professionalism. Dr. Dressler is obviously an old hand and is diligent and kind. Thanks.

I NEVER WOULD OF GONE HERE IF I HAD READ THE REVIEW'S FIRST! $300 MISTAKE! 5 stars for friendly staff, but 0 stars for my prescription. Had to be tested twice as the first prescription was unbearable and awful! 2nd prescription a little better, but not great! I seriously think the optometrist there doesn't know what she's doing. My 5 year old glasses are better than what I ended up with, but they are broken! That's why I went in the first place! And I have no coverage, so I'm stuck with these glasses that are hard to see through for while! I DO NOT RECCOMEND THIS PLACE! Update Oct 28, 2020 - the more time does by, the more i realize how bad the second perscription is! I ended up buying glasses from dollor store to be able to work on my computer! I'LL NEVER GO BACK THERE! This place is bad for my eyes! I'm out $300 and need to start over somewhere else!

Awful my daughter had her eyes tested got the $200+ glasses and still could not see she wore the glasses for 1 day and the lenses popped out we called to complain and were told to wear them for two weeks to let her eyes adjust how? With no dam lenses in them phoned back again and they put her in for retest she forgot her broken glasses at home but had the second pair(sunglasses) they would not test her eyes without both pairs I mean why does the glasses have to be there for them to test her eyes? So stupid will NOT go back ????

Horrible inconsistency! First I dropped off my daughter's glasses with a letter for repair request with 'Gabby', then after a week with NO response I called back and Gabby, who initially had no idea what I was talking about, couldn't find them for 2 days as she had lost them by incorrectly labelling them. THEN, I had to call back to inquire about my request and I was told by a different rep (Madison?) that the repair cost is $28. When my husband went to pay for this the very next day, Gabby told him it was $78 and when I called back she was doing the generic runaround of customer service with careless answering. As an individual who has worked in customer service for over 15 years, I am horrified by the lack of communication in this business and what seems to be inconsistent or improper training of employees. As a result of working in customer service I tend to have a high tolerance but these interactions with Gabby have sorely tested that threshold. Please train your new employees properly and ensure their customer service is, at the very least, adequate.

Great experience, friendly, and they know what they are doing

DogMaster 09

The most beautiful and friendliest staff today. Beautiful in a way of not being able to forget their faces for the rest of the day or weekend, if not for a long time. Thank you ladies
