My husband and I had our eye exams here and we can't say enough good things about both Dr Aygul and Ramandeep at the front desk. It was our first time with Dr. Aygul and she is very thorough and very easy to talk too. She walked us through each step of the process and answered all our questions. Ramandeep was very friendly and efficient and helped us pick out some really good frames. We'll be back for sure :) Highly recommended!

I highly recommend Sunshine Modern Eye Care and seeing Dr. My. I visited this clinic after hearing positive reviews and was not disappointed. Dr. My was extremely professional, knowledgeable and thorough - she was able to answer any questions/concerns I had about my vision and that made me feel very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and provided excellent customer service. The store/office was beautiful, clean, spacious and had great selection of frames. The waiting area had a little section to entertain kids as well which was a thoughtful touch! Thank you Dr. My and Karla and I look forward to my next visit!

Came in for a quick check of my left eye, as it had been feeling a little weird and I hadn't had them looked at for over 10 years since I had Lasik done. The optician was kind enough to do a thorough examination even though it was close to closing time. She went through the gauntlet checking my eyes with every machine, and even showed me images of my retina, to assure me that all was well as far as she could tell. And gave me some drops. So far the problem went away, but I was happy they were able to check for me on short notice, and for a fair price. Great place, highly recommend.

2 stars for the excellent care from the Optometrist. Horrible service by Staff to honor the replacement of frames. I am now wearing glasses from 2 prescriptions ago. After almost 2 months, they are unable to confirm when my frames will be replaced. They were quite costly and now the recommendation is for me to buy new Frames ??? This is totally unacceptable, i will need to contact the BBB or get the media involved.

I came for my eye exam at Sunshine after hearing a positive review from a friend of mine. I was finding my contact lenses too dry to wear (especially with wearing masks) and wanted to see what other options there were. Dr. Tailor was able to give me several options and I was able to trial a couple brands. She switched me to a different contact lens that works a lot better for my eyes. I am so so happy that I can wear my contact lenses everyday again. I would highly recommend this doctor as she took a lot of time with me and made sure to answer all my questions!

Absolutely Amazing!!! The experience was second to none. I have been going to Dr. Aygul for about 3 years now. Great selection of eyewear as well, if she doesn't have it she will order it for you. I have referred many people here and no one has been disappointed. I highly recommend it.

The doctor is five (5) star but BEWARE not to buy expensive frames from here. They tell you have 2 year insurance but there is no standard insurance and no paperwork in place and you end up waiting and waiting and talking and talking. At the end everything feel like personal favours and not some insurance workflow. In future I would go to the doctor but take the prescription elsewhere!

Posting it on 16 sep 2018 10:30.Took an appointment for an eye exam on last wednesday for today 10am after calling the receptionist, who noted down may name , mobile no and given me confirmation for the check up. Today when i checked in at 9 55 for the check up receptionist replied there is no appointment against your name. when i asked her to book today as somehow you guys confirmed me earlier and missed on your side she replied no. I mean no shame what so ever. i dont want to give any feedback regarding doctor as i did not go up till that step. But up till booking it was pathetic experience. Not recommended.

My wife and I have been patients of Dr. Karimova for a good few years. A friend of ours recommended her with a few simple words “ You won’t regret it” Since that we have seen her regularly for eye exam or new prescription for the glasses and any time that we are in need. We saw different optometrist in past , but Dr. Karimova is not an ordinary optometrist she is someone that cares , she won’t let you leave her office until she performed all the possible tests and until she is fully satisfied with the results, In the past a had an eye surgery, because of that it is difficult to detect any issues that might cause problems. Even though I have an eye specialist that I visit on regular bases, Dr. Karimova requests to see her anyway so She can be assured that my eye sight is OK. We live in Oakville, her office “Sunshine Modern Eye Care “ is located in Brampton. It is 30 min drive, but I will drive even longer to see her because I know she will never leave me or any other patient without help. Her office “Sunshine Modern Eye Care “is a very clean specious and equipped with a sophisticated medical instruments, place. She provides a very good selection of frames for prescription glasses and sunglasses .She will always give you a good deal so there is no need to shop around. Take my advice as I took my friend’s long time ago and I can assure you “ you will not regret it”

For over 20 years I've been going to the same Optometrist, but they are closed Sundays. I have high Myopia, my Optometrist has always warned me, if I experience sudden flashes of light I need to see them immediately or go to the ER. Thankfully Sunshine Modern has an Optometrist 7 days a week, so they saved my when my regular Optometrist wasn't available. Dr. Milazzo dilated me and assured me it was not a retinal detachment, but an ocular migraine. The staff is so personable, knowledgeable, and friendly. I've worn glasses most of my life and I never knew the reason for anti-glare, high index, or anything -- I just knew I needed glasses. They care more for the person and their visual needs, not the sale. They offer direct billing, which is convenient if your plan allows it (I have the dreaded Manulife provider). I've referred family members and they are all happy with Sunshine's service. Dr. My Huynh and Dr. Tailor are apparently very thorough - an exam is about 45min+. They recently introduced Myopia control for kids...I wish I had the option when I was younger. They carry only brand names but have a great selection of glasses. I'm a huuuge fan of Versace and was happy with their stock. The Covid protocols in place are a bit strict (you need an appointment for adjusting glasses and shopping) but it feels safe and personable. Although I have my regular Optometrist, I'll still go to Sunshine for my glasses.

Amazing customer service. The doctor was very accomodating with my children each time we have visited. She explains everything and finds room for my big family to be seated. She provided us options and made sure that we were comfortable with choosing contacts or frames. She walked my daughter through her first set of contact lenses and Carla at the front was also very knowledgeable and helped us with our questions and provided information about procedures. I like that they remembered our names after a year had passed. Very friendly. Would definitely recommend. And as an added bonus, they are in a plaza that isn't conjested, so lots of place to park easily.

Best Optometrist and eyecare solution for you and your family. I have been taking my kids to Dr. A. Millazo for years for all my kids and family. This place by far is the best for kids eye exams and glasses. They have state of the art equipment along with the best doctor to support that. Without any hesitation, my recommendation would be that book an eye exam with Dr. A. Millazo especially for kids. The other doctors there are also very good. I found their eyecare selection to be quite thorough and competitive on pricing as well. The one thing about this place is that we never feel any pressure; in fact they help you with your glasses selection and are very honest about it. They are not in to make a quick buck but rather they are in to help the customers first and find the right solution for them. They have some pretty good kids programs on lens. They will also work on pricing with you and be competitive. I highly recommend Sunshine Modern Eyecare for all your eye exam and eyecare needs.

I recently had my eye exam done at Sunshine and it was one of the most thorough eye tests I have had in my life! I saw Dr. Tailor, she was very detailed and answered all of my questions. We took photos of the back of my eye and she showed me the photos and explained what we were looking at. I am very conscious of my health and had a lot of quesstions so I was very grateful for her explanation. After my eye exam I was able to find a pair of glasses that I really liked. I am very happy with the lenses as I have had problems with progressive lenses before, but so far, these lenses are working very well for me. I have already recommended Sunshine to many of my family members, and I will be bringing my kids to see Dr. Tailor when they are due for their eye exams as well.
