My Eye Surgeon Dr. Nazemi did my surgery with great ability. There was some problem after surgery. But she heard and resolved my every problem with great attention and sympathy. I was very much impressed with her behavior. Ruby Kaur, my surgical counselor, helped me a lot. She is a well-trained and helpful person in the surgical counselor seat. Dr Eric S. Tam is an "Excellent" Eye Surgeon attached to Uptown Eye Specialists (formerly EyeMD Institute). You can "Blindly" trust him as well as the other Surgeons to make you "SEE" again. God Bless them all!!!

Receptionists were rude, and the wait time was two hours over what I had scheduled for a rushed "appointment" with Dr. Yuen. It was very clear that she has better things to do with her time than provide her patients with any service, as she rushed in and out in five minutes with only two sentences dismissing my case. Whats more, when asked to elaborate on potential future risks of the condition, the response was, 'I don't have a crystal ball'. Take what you want from this review, but I certainly won't be returning.

Absolutely appalling! I had to get to work in an emergency and had to therefore have the appointment for my Parents in-laws rescheduled. Both receptionists were extremely rude! • They didn’t care about the emergency and they didn’t care about the patients • All they cared about is charging $50 for cancellation. • In fact the interesting thing was that they were perfect with losing 2 patients If this is an institution that provides health care, then absolutely not an organization that has any checks and balances in place for patient care. Extremely appalling service… from a health care provider in North America in the 21st century! I can’t begin to imagine how could I trust the well-being of my parents to this organization! I am working with the Family Physician to find an alternate provider.
