My husband was suffering with severe eye infection, misdiagnosed by MDs twice, that was progressively getting worse. Dr Owais did a very thorough examination, took good care to test and assess the condition and diagnosed the issue. Each day, Dr Owais checked on my husbands eyes. The office staff were very pleasant and Dr Owais was very caring and diligent in her care. I will certainly be visiting Dr Owais again as will my entire family. I always have great service at this eye doctor's. Prices are fair and the reception staff are always kind and knowledgeable. My doctor is Dr. Sana Owais who is super kind as well. Almost always on time and she is very good at making you feel comfortable. She's very thorough with her assessments and tries her best to find the correct prescription for you. Appreciated Dr. Khan’s thorough examination and interpretation of the diagnostic procedures that were done. She was much better than all the other doctors I’ve seen in the clinic. Friendliness and social skills of assistant that attended to us requires improvement and did not give me confidence in her ability and skills. A robot would probably have been more wholesome. Big improvement is required in records keeping that TOTALLY VIOLATES patient privacy and record storage as all patient records are stored along the hallway and easily accessible to anyone. For the record I practiced medicine and hence have a good expectation on those in the health field.

October 4, 2020. Located at 499 Main Street South Brampton, ON L6Y 1N7, inside the Shoppers World Mall, it is found Dr. M. Chiu, Dr. K. Fong & Associates – Eye Clinic. During pandemic, this eye clinic reminds opened while most places near by were closed and the emergency room at the hospital would accept covid patients only. I came on Sunday with a major eye injury. I was in with no delay in the same day. Dr. Owais examined the condition of my eye and explained how to take care of it making sure that I would get the right medication in her prescription. She is very caring, thoughtful person with a pleasant demeanour who would check for a plan that would cover some days until my eye was better from injury. Besides other eye problems, I suffered from dry-eye and visited so many eye-professionals in the past with no success. Dr. Owais medical prescription was so assertive that I am almost healing from dry eye! During my visits, most receptionists were friendly, efficient and helpful with great communication skills and professional attitude. I would love my file was shared with my family doctor so that I could follow up, but I will highly recommend Dr. Owais who always applied herself to her tasks with conscientiousness to the best of her abilities as Optometrist. EDIT: Doctors reached out to me and emailed me my prescription soon after. Thank you! During this pandemic, I have been trying to get ahold of somebody through their site but no reply. Currently I just need my prescription to purchase a set of glasses online (due to COVID, all shops closed), but no good way of getting prompt replies from them. All I can find is a form for contact lenses from their site which I hope I can use to contact them with. So far, I've waited two days with no reply. I've been with the doctors for quite some time and they are very good at what they do and very nice. However, the above complaint should be addressed.

Over the years there has been different front reception staff but overall I can say they've been super nice and helpful. Wow, wow, wow! I had such a terrific eye exam with Dr. Lewis Morgan. He really took his time in finding the perfect prescription for me. He even 'demoed' the prescription in his state-of-the-art 'trial frame', a pair of mock glasses which allowed me to experience the prescription before I bought it. I never knew such advanced techniques for testing the glasses prescription existed. Not only did Dr. Morgan get me a great glasses prescription, he also did a very thorough eye health check and he prescribed be some anti-allergy eye drops for my itchy eyes. Thank you so much! The supporting staff members, Kamal and Numra, were very kind, courteous, and professional, and did a fantastic job. All staff members maintained impeccable infection control where every contact surface was sanitized every time. I felt very safe at their clinic during these uncertain times. Dr. Chiu & Fong and associates have earned me as a loyal patient! Thank you very much! My wife and I will definitely be back to this warm and friendly eye clinic!
