Doctor comes, won’t talk at all like he has no tongue, check your eye without uttering single word, ask I would like to get it done today? No more one extra word after asking what procedure and why straight answer angle narrow Still no explanation I said yes as I had some issue Still no more words got one eye done She would ask would you like other eye too when I had no problem with other eye So I got one eye It was dr Tong I have been to this clinic 3 times as my eye got worse I feel air i know whatever they did I got no improvement but got worse But every time I go for same eye problem, she would ask if I like to get other eye done Somebody tell me is this something right to ask?? Horrible experience I had and still not feeling well after 4 months And why Doctors can’t discuss or explain???????? Never going back to this business

This place is great and so is the staff. They take covid precautions seriously and also, Dr. Ebadi is an amazing Doc. I would totally recommend this place for your eye needs.

Father in law had cataract surgery, since aug 29th swelling isnt going away dr bashir khan , dr qureshi and dr singh all were amazing however very bad experience with Dr Ebadi , when i met him and asked question he doesnt know any previous history of the patient, he was little rude answering questions when i asked him why swelling isnt going away he said he doesn't know as he didnt do the surgery i mean really than why am i even seeing you if you dont know ... when i asked him what is the next step as every time i see dr they change medication , what if swelling doesnt go away he said we dont know . I am sorry to say but this was regular check up so u take it lightly , its bloody eye .. show some care and importance. I rated only 1* as 1st i am upset that he is in pain because of swelling and secondly not getting any answer what will be happening with it . Also trying to get appt with dr khan but no success untill 1st oct . So have to just wait and see him suffer .

Worst exprience with doctor , it was almost 45-50 mints wait and he just came to exam room for 1 minute check up , i just asked him one question related to my concern nd his reply was ask your family doctor which was really rude and unhelpful because family doctor was the one who referred me to him because of my eye issue , never saw doctor like him !!!!!!! Staff was really nice and professional

We had a really good experience with Dr Fatimah Gilani today. The place was busy but not crowded and was well-managed with regard to Covid. Dr. explained everything very well and was really doing a good job.

Tech looked like he didn’t know what he was doing. Cancelling 2nd appt because I don’t have confidence in their abilities. Waited a long time in the chair after test was completed with no one there….. Also, covid protocols not met after two previous people used the machine.
