Dr. Simran Grewal was my optometrist for my appointment, cannot tell you enough that you are in great hands for your eye care with her. She took her time with me and answered all my questions I had in regards to my eye health. With her patience and care, I wouldn't go anywhere else or to anyone else to take of my eyes. Great doctor and great service.

I want to give it half a star but it won't let me I'm not happy with there service I did my exam with them last week and I ask lady at the front 3 times when would my glasses be finished they told me Thursday and I can come pick it up on friday now when I call they telling me a different story that it be ready till Saturday.

I've been going to Dr. Sud for years, and couldn't imagine going anywhere else. He's very knowledgeable and cares about his patients, and seems to genuinely enjoy what he does (I found these qualities are rare in a lot of GTA doctors). The office is very clean and well organized and all the staff there are very nice and helpful. They have a great process to keep things sanitary during COVID, and I didn't have to touch anything at all in there. 10/10 this is the best place to go for vision in the GTA.

Doctors are fine, service is terrible though. Drove in with my sister as she needed an appointment and didn't feel comfortable driving. Appointment was at 3pm, ended up waiting in the car till around 4pm when she was finally taken in. Her appointment was actually moved from 3:45 to 3pm the day before by the office. Wasted gas keeping the car warm as it was around -16 (windchill) outside and the car was getting cold fast. Turns out they don't allow family members inside so I'm sitting in a car constantly wasting gas waiting for the supposed 30 min turnaround to finish. By the end of it all, almost 2 hours wasted, probably 45 mins of car idling time due to heating wasted.

Visited Brampton Vision Centre a few weeks ago for treatment for my infected eyes and the service was really good. The safety measures that they have in place for protection from covid-19 is excellent.

Doctor is really nice but the wait times are terrible. You need to give yourself atleast 1.5 hrs as this was my experience the last two times. They just try to treat too many people at the same time. Efficiency is one thing but not at the cost of keeping your patients waiting.

First experience was great, I went in with my 5 year old who I suspected needed glasses. Dr Amjed was very kind, knowledgeable, and comforting. She took her time with my little one and explained to things to her. Over all experience with the practice was great. Recommend it. Will definitely return.

I had an appointment with Dr. Arinder Basra on May 3rd, 2017 in Brampton and I would describe her service as flawless. Customer service was such that in a long time I felt that there are still professionals who love their job and really care about their clients, which is very rare nowdays. Very knowledgeable. She was able to explain me every bit of the eyes' health and concerns that I had regarding my medications. And this review is definiteIy not from a relative or a friend. I write google reviews only when I am dissatisfied but this one is worth all the time I have. I highly recommend Brampton Vision Centre.

Dr. Sud has been my optometrist for the last 8 years and his quality of service and commitment to patient eye care is truly exceptional. He has gone out of his way (ie. outside of working hours) to tend to my eye emergencies and has been consistent with regularly following up and scheduling me in when need be. Dr. Sud and his entire team are very professional, honest, and will go the extra mile for their patients. I bought my glasses from them and one of the lens fell off and they charge me for new lenses. However, those defective glasses did not stop me from doing my yearly eye examinations at this Centre due to the professionalism and kindness of Dr Grewal. At my last visit, nevertheless, they had me waiting in the parking lot and after 45 minutes I left. They are obviously overbooking so I'll find another Optometrist.

I even took my parents in to see her and she was able to explain everything in Punjabi. I definitely recommend everyone to book an appointment!

If I could give this place a zero I would. My father came here to get a pair of glasses. When he received them he wasn't able to see with them so he went back to visit Dr.Sud. They sent his glasses back to be fixed and after 4 weeks they gave him the same pair that he originally couldn't see with. To make matters worse when I went to return the glasses, my return documentation was a post it note!!

Good first time experience. Went there for my kid's eye exam. Reached on time and didn't need to wait much. The front staff was welcoming. Doctor herself was good. She put my sons at ease during whole testing, especially my 4 yrs old was quite happy. Doctor didn't show any hurry and provided us after exam precautions and recommendations. Satisfied. I would recommend them for sure.

I've been going to the Brampton Vision Centre since 2003. Dr. Sud and all the staff have treated me as if I was the only patient they had, like family. They've always taken the time to explain the ongoing change in my vision or to pick out a new pair of glasses. I've watched this business grow from a one room office to the thriving concern it is today. It's easy to see why this practice has flourished. If you need an optometrist I highly recommend going here. This is the first review I've ever taken the time to write, they've earned it.

Secretary staff are very rude and seem under trained. "Doctors" are mostly international degree students with barely any to zero experience or evidence of proper education. Not recommended.

I went to brampton vision centre this month for my first visit. I had an appointment with Dr. J Boparai, I must say she was very welcoming and friendly. She was very informative and addressed all my concerns. I was previously prescribed contact lenses from a different optometrist, which gave me headaches and feeling of discomfort. Dr. J Boparai gave me a trial and I was amazed at the difference- no more discomfort or headaches, feels like I'm wearing no contact lenses! I will definitely be trusting her for all my optometry related needs and would highly recommend her for vision care.
