Very excellent service and i liked Mr. deol doctor alot. He listened me very carefully and patiently and explained me everything. He answered my every question with pictures and even the ones not directly related to my eyes. Hes very knowledgeable and centre has all modern equipments. Had my first appointment here yesterday and from my experience I will say that as long as I am living in GTA I will be going here. Excellent service by all staff. Very friendly and welcoming. Dr. Harminder Singh saw me. Excellent doctor! He took his time to explain everything, he addressed my issues with my current prescription and even took the time to talk about overall health and provided me with some insightful advice. I will reccomend to anyone. They were busy by the time my eye exam was done and I did not have time to wait to look at the frames so I cannot speak about the cost of it. But their service is so good I will most likely return to get my frame and prescription lenses there.

Everything is done by the book, so you know the standards are high. The glasses people were very kind and explained what would and would not be covered with my insurance. In the past, other places have tried to bill my insurance by any means necessary, which made me feel uncomfortable, but at Dr. Deol's clinic, everything was outlined in a very simple manner and there were no pushy sales-people trying to push me into buying prescription sunglasses when I didn't really need them. They even called my insurance company for me to confirm my coverage prior to me making any purchases. Overall, I am very satisfied and highly recommend this clinic.

He explains the findings in detail and answers all questions to patient's satisfaction. Also, the clinic manager Farida is an asset. She is very courteous and greets everyone with a smile. But from start to finish, the staff at Family eye Care demonstrated excellent customer service which made for a wonderful visit. Special mention to Dr. Singh who not only took great care in my examination, but also in diligently educating me making sure I understood the purpose and results of the exam. Farida is the receptionist and she was very kind when I spoke with her. I was tested by Dr. Harminder Singh, who is both very knowledgeable and friendly. He not only gave me an accurate prescription, but also educated me on things about my eye health. I think it's safe to say that I feel confident in my choice for my optometrist, I'll always be going here from now on.

I have been going to this clinic for a number of years, and they are amazing. The staff is polite and professional, and the location is clean and well maintained. Of course prescription glasses are expensive, some might find them too expensive; and therefore I will not comment on price as I have never really compared them to others. But, Dr. Singh deserves the best. He is a great doctor who knows what he's talking about, and makes you feel comfortable when discussing your prescription and eye health. Would definitely recommend!
