I visited this location last week for the first time and I was very impressed. The receptionist is wonderful, very lovely lady, knowledgeable, accommodating and professional. They offer a fair selection of glasses very well priced. This is the kind of place you visit for life.

I visited Brampton Eye Care a few weeks back due to my eyes being highly irritated and infected. Based on my symptoms I knew my eye was infected because I had this same experience a few years ago. The service was not bad but I was told I just had dry eyes and should buy thier eye drops to aid with my dry eyes. I specifically said to the doctor "are you sure my eye is not infected because I've had these symptoms before" and I was told "no it was just dry eyes". I paid a total of$70. I asked before I left if I would need to pay again if I revisit because of this issue and I was told its at the doctor's discretion. A few days later my eyes were still irritated and getting worst (painful) I called and spoke to the reception who said the doctor would not be in and she would let her know about the issue. I could not deal with my symptoms nor could I wait 2 days for the doctor to be in the office. I was able to get a last minute appointment at Brampton Vision Centre. And what a shock! My eyes were in fact infected. I did not need to ask about a follow up fee at Brampton Vision Centre as I was told there would be none. Overall I was just highly disappointed that the issue with my eyes were overlooked when it could have been dealt with alot sooner and my money was wasted.

My husband & I have been visiting Brampton Eye Care for a little over 2 years and the experience has always been great. However, this past visit a few days ago I have to say the customer service was 10/10. Dr. Chaundhury was extremely patient with me during my eye exam and went over everything to better explain my prescription as well as solutions. The visit lead to him also fixing my broken sunglasses which I truly did not think had any chance to being repaired at no fee which saved my $200 sunglasses. I am extremely happy and look forward to my next visit.

Needed to find a new optometrist - as I felt I was not getting the service that I required from my old one. Upon walking into this office, I felt immediately welcome. The receptionist at the front answered all of my questions in the politest fashion possible and assisted me with some questions I had about certain frames. After that, I saw Dr. Chaudhury, whose service/care was some of the best that I have personally experienced at any Dr's office in the past. He did a thorough exam of my eyes and I could not be any more pleased with the service provided.

Just not very ethical. I had a situation where I just needed a slight adjustment on my lenses as they had popped out...and the lady refused to do it. Told me I would have to send it to their lab (and cost $$$). Well I went to Akal optical and the receptionist literally popped in my lenses in 30 seconds and charged me NOTHING.

Healthy Smile dental hygiene

I recently took my children and myself to see Dr. Chaudhury for our eye exams. He was very thorough with his eye exams and explained to us what he was doing as he was examining us. He is a lovely man. His staff are amazing. They were helpful and friendly. My son needed glasses as did my daughter and myself. His staff took the time to let us try on glasses after glasses. (I have two picky teenagers) I can not say enough about how friendly and nice everyone was. Thank you!

My boyfriend and I recently visited for the first time, and had a great experience!! Dr Chaudhury was awesome!! He was very friendly and thorough; taking the time to explain and answer questions. His entire staff was incredible too!!! They didn’t rush us in to making any decisions when it came to selecting our frames, even after I’m sure we tried on every pair in the entire store...twice!!! We just picked up our glasses and now we can both see the world with bright, clear eyes; in glasses we love!!! 10/10 — would highly recommend!!! Thank you so much!!! :)
