Was here this afternoon and the service was Amazing, from the greeting at the door, to all the covid measures in place, to the process of picking out new glasses. Mike met with me, we chatted about what I usually wear. Then picked out 3 great pairs for me. The decision to bring it to 2 pairs was not easy( I loved them all ) but with Mike's great imput I was able to pick out the 2 pairs that were perfect for me. Mike took his time , no rushing thru my appointment to make sure I was happy with my selections. If anyone is in the market for new glasses Mike is the guy to see. Now I cannot wait to start wearing them.

I had a very comfortable experience with Cowans in CBS Vanessa and Claudette were both very professional and patient. Dr.Keily was thorough and listened to my needs. I was fitted for my glasses by an Optician who put time and care into helping me pick out the best frames for me! I have never had a pair of glasses as comfortable and study as the ones from Cowans CBS!!

My mom had gotten her glasses from cowan's optical she has had nothing but great things to say about her experience. She has followed Mike Drake from his last employer to Cowan's as he is so good with her. He always picks out the most suitable glasses for mom. He is sweet and kind he treats mom with so much respect mom adores mike and finds him to be extremely professional. Mike is a great asset to your company and is a wonderful fit.
