Hier je suis venu prendre un simple RDV vers 16:50 et j'ai été choqué par l'attitude d'une jeune commis blonde. Lorsque j'ai demandé à parler à la responsable (une certaine Genny) cette responsable au lieu d'écouter le client et de noter et prendre en compte son avis se range automatiquement du côté de son employée. J'ai demandé qu'on me donne le nom du responsable de la clinique pour faire une plainte et on me l'a refusé. Comment voulez-vous vous assurez d'une qualité du service? Par ailleurs exiger dès le départ systématiquement des frais de scan avant même d'avoir été examiné par un ophtalmologue est à mon avis une façon détournée de facturer indument le client pour "combler" les frais ascessoires qi sont proscrit, où est l'éthique dans tout ça?

Bref, si vous souhaitez une bonne experience et une bonne vision, ne faites pas la même erreur que moi. Évitez cette clinique et le Dr Saab. Je crois que ça vaut la peine malheureusement de faire le trajet jusqu’à Montréal afin d’obtenir de meilleurs services.
