Elle ne m’écoutait pas du tout , et voulais finir le rendez-vous au plus vite ,Aucun respect envers ses patients, et surtout MADAME MILLAIRE en agissant comme cela c’est envers VOUS , QUE VOUS MANQUEZ DE RESPECT . ET la prochaine fois que vous voudrez rire de quelqu’un , prenez un miroir et regardez-vous dedans . ????

She doesn't pay attention to the patient,she did not even evaluate me because of covid ,my general neurologist sent me to her because of my double vision ,she did not do any follow up ,the report of visit never was sent to my neurologist ,if even I consider that time was an actual visit because of very bad evaluation she did of me ,she just asked few question ,she complaint that I should have brain CT ,which she could request herself if it was necessary ,So she did nothing for me ,she did not care ,she did not care

The worst Dr. I've ever encountered. She rambled on randomly like a lost soul. I described my situation to her and she almost called me a liar claiming it's impossible. She suggested a test I would get within two weeks. I never got a call, she lost my medical records by putting my file in someone else's file. Since I no longer had a medical record, I was unable to get any help from the appointment desk. They claimed I had no file, therefore no appointment to get. I had to fight for 6 months hampered by a severe condition just to resolve the mess she made and see another Dr. My file was found 6 months later when the other patient had a follow-up appointment and their file contained my file as well. The new Dr. questioned her diagnostic and claimed the test she suggested was ridiculous. He was right and quickly made the correct diagnostic. 9 Years later I'm still paying the price for her incompetency.

When I arrived there was a computer crash and a constant ringing noise was heard throughout the clinic and all the professionals, nurses, technicians, attendants / attendants had to call the patients verbally. Despite this problem, everyone has done their job diligently and courteously. As I had to pass several exams and see the doctor twice I could appreciate the great coordination, the dedication, the courtesy of all. (Original) Le 31 octobre dernier j'avais un rendez-vous en clinique externe d'ophtalmologie , soit en neuro-opthalmologie avec le docteur Francine Mathieu-Millaire. À mon arrivée il y avait panne d'informatique et un bruit constant de sonnerie était entendu partout dans la clinique et tous les professionnels, les infirmières/infirmiers, techniciens /techniciennes, préposées/préposés avaient à venir appeler les patients de vive voix. Malgré ce problème tous ont fait leur travail avec diligence et courtoisie. Comme j'ai eu à passer plusieurs examens et voir le docteur à deux reprises j'ai pu apprécier la grande coordination,le dévouement,la courtoisie de tous. Je remercie tout particulièrement le docteur Francine Mathieu-Millaire pour son empathie,son professionnalisme et capacité à m'expliquer clairement mon problème. Merci aussi à son résident.

J'ai été référé à cette "Dr" Il y a un an suite à des troubles de champs visuel, n'a pas pris la peine de me référer pour des tests à part... un électrocadiogramme ?! Le 2eme rdv après 3h dattente elle se met à peine au bord de la porte regarde mon dossier et me dit quelle ne trouve rien et me souhaite "bonne chance " même pas proposé un suivi dans qq mois. Depuis, j'ai eu la chance de voir un vrai neuro-ophtalmogue qui a fait tous les tests nécessaires et qui lui, en 3 mois m'est arrivé avec un diagnostic de sclérose en plaque. Cette femme est vrmt incompétente soyez prudent.
