Il y as quelques semaines, ils ont autorisé sans mon consentement une personne dans le dossier (ancienne belle-mère) de l'un de mes enfants et lui as permise d'acheter à mon insu une nouvelle paire de lunettes ainsi que les verres alors qu'une autre était dans le dossier, commandé et disponible depuis un bon moment, dans l'attente d'être payé. Personne ne m'as contacté, avisé ou demander. Je croyais que des dossiers médicaux étaient confidentiels et dans mon contrat de garde, c'est moi qui doit s'occuper des rdvs, paiements, achats, etc. L'histoire as pris un ampleur démesuré et lorsque je suis venu chercher la paire de lunette que moi et le père avions choisi dès le départ, moi et mon garçon avons entendu les filles à l'arrière parler de l'incident, ce qui m'as fait pleurer dans l'auto à ma sortie. J'ai tellement eu honte que j'ai hésité à aller à mon rdvs de routine. Tout le monde semble se dédouaner de cette situation et je songe à changer de clinique malheureusement et c'est bien dommage car je ne me sens pas respecté surtout que les intentions et gestes de la personne derrière cet incident n'ont pas été respectueuse envers ma personne et n'avait pas mon autorisation dans le dossier et y as changer des informations comme le numéro et l'adresse. Aussi, j'ai des verres pour ma fille que je dois aller chercher depuis un moment (gratuit et garantit). Une réceptionniste avec un accent m'as laissé un message me demandant de venir les payer alors qu'ils sont gratuits et je n'ai même plus le goût d'y aller après le message laissé sur ma boîte vocale. J'ai perdu le plaisir d'aller à cette clinique que j'aimais vraiment avant.
