was one of the worst places i been in a long time the doctor on call there was great but when trying to get my glasses and lenses i had been there 3 times the first time was to pick a pair of frames and then i went back for a fiting was there 25 min before anyone got to me and then i was told to have a seat that the one that could help me was busy so i waited 35 more minutes just to have her to try and find the ones i had picked out 2 days earlier and they couldn't find them made me feel like it was my fault they didn't have them in stock anymore so i left and brought my friend in the next day to pic put another pair was told to have a seat and there was 3 of them there at that time so i sat down was talking to another lady that had her baby with her she told me that she had been there 45 minutes just to drop a pair of glasses of that had a scratch on them the lady said that the nurse or whatever was in a bad mood i waited for another 35 minutes and then just left went to lenscrafters at mall got my glasses the very next day really bad people that dont care if they have a job or not wouldn't recommend it all all

I got my glasses there no problem, was good service until one lady was giving me attitude when i tried to get my glasses fixed. They're fixable because i did it myself. She didn't want to fix them and tried to charge me with new frames. Overall, not really good service.

My daughter was in for an eye exam, and found the staff to be extremely rude and disrespectful. "spicy" is the term she used about the staff. When I called to clarify some questions about the charges and visit today, the female staff member was extremely unfriendly, overly defensive, and downright rude to me as well. I understand that people can be stressed & frustrated, but her demeanour did not match mine when I called in pleasantly for information. We will not be returning to this location for any future visits.

Please stop putting Open sign out when no one can repair, sell, dispense or take orders. Only open when Susan is there..she seems to be the only one who can do these things and is Great at it. Please post her hours so we, the poor eyed people, don't have to continue to waste $$ driving to your open location that cannot service customers. FYI Susan is great, professional and has skills and knowledge...unfortunately I have not experienced this with any other staff there at Belleville Walmart vision center.

Order my glasses 3 weeks ago and the optometrist is never in, so I can't pick them up. They even called me in for pickup, and when I arrived they said the optometrist wasn't in and I had to come back.

I had a vision test the doctor was very pleasant professional and thorough the vision center staff were also very pleasant and professional only a limited number of people allowed in the center at one time and cleaning was constant thank you very much

Went here for my first time looking for prescription sunglasses. The optometrist was super nice and helpful. The frames were inexpensive and my lenses were cheaper than expected as well. Was told 2-3 weeks and they arrived in 2. Will definitely go back next time I need new frames!!

When I went in I was looking for a pair of glasses for my son. He’s 4 so he plays rough and the pair that we paid over $400 for kept breaking, so we had to get back ups and he has to have them as his one eye is practically blind. As soon as I walked in she was very annoyed with me she said * can I help you*, again she was rude when she said this. I told her my situation and she continued to ignore me. I didn’t leave I was waiting patiently for a reply which took 5 minutes for me to get she didn’t look at me but then she got up real fast and said *this is the only selection we have* again very annoyed and rude to me,so I started looking. She then said * you better go somewhere else because I’m not going to sell you glasses and give you a warranty if he’s going to destroy them* again she was really rude. She walked away before I could say anything and I said well do you not have better straps for kids and she showed me ones and I said they always break and they are to big for him these aren’t for kids. She rolled her eyes and was like well I don’t know what to tell you and then she just left. I felt hurt and angry because I was treated so disrespectfully, I didn’t get any help. I’m a mom with 2 kids and my husband is only home on weekends and sometimes every other weekend because of his job. I finally had a day off from my job to get some errands done and spend some time with my daughter. It’s not easy and when someone like that women who is suppose to help me and give me the best customer service she can give well it really hurt when she was so rude and didn’t want to bother with me. I work with customers all the time and even though I’m having a bad day I shove that to the side put on a happy face and I do the best I can to help them and make them feel welcome. I would not come back here for the lack of everything.

Great place to get glasses. They have filled 5 or 6 prescriptions for me over the years... I have a complex prescription and they have filled it spot on each time. AND for more than 1/2 the price of the optometrist's. The girls are friendly and helpful, too.

Horrible fitting for my new glasses. They can't even balance them even that there so lop sided. I may have bought the glasses from them but I ended up going to a different glasses company to get them fitted and balanced even properly. Not this lop sided look. I'm just glad I have 2 pairs cause I was not happy with the look of the 1 pair and staff determined it looks correct. ???? ???? The staff may wanna get there eyes tested to know what's even and what's lop sided.

Fantastic experience. I recently had a very poor experience elsewhere, and decided to see what the Walmart Vision Centre had to offer. Nothing but excellent customer service here! The ladies are always smiling, upbeat, and very helpful. I've had an especially great experience with Lynette!
