Eye exams are thorough but the people filling the prescription for new glasses are not knowledgeable!!!! I ordered and specifically asked for thin lenses and had to pay extra for that along with other features she recommended but when my glasses arrived the lenses were so thick along with other descrepencies. When complained that I paid extra for specific features and didn't get them I was just told that I couldnt get those features with the frames I picked. Shouldn't I have been told that BEFORE the prescription was filled and received my glasses!!! Now they won't take them back or refund me. Terrible customer service. They're great at up selling and getting you to get all these wonderful add ons but have no clue as to whether those add ons will work with the frames or the lenses needed. Walked out and went to Laurier Optical and received excellent customer service and very knowledgeable staff. Yes I ordered new glasses and they were half the price than they were at Cowards. Unfortunately I had to eat the cost of glasses from Coward and have glasses that I have never worn and never will. Don't go there. Have no clue about the knowledge required for the job!!!!????????????

Attended this office for an eye examination. I am near sited with a moderate prescription. During the process of looking through the machine that you decide better or worse, i got to the end and still felt the image looked blurry on one eye. I went through a second round and didn't get any better vision. I was told my eyes were around the limit of correctability. The equipment was old and my prescription was around 5ish on whatever scale that makes sense on. Further more, by the end the optometrist seemed annoyed and I felt rushed. Not a great place for eye tests and their options for frames was limited. I also don't believe they got the eye relief correct. Avoid this office in my opinion.

The staff were very accomodating and friendly. The exam went quickly but it seemed more was covered than I recall from previous exams. The optometrist was very informative throughout and I learned quite a bit. A great experience overall.
