Not very impressed with how I was treated by the head optician. I have a white card with optical coverage and am on disability. She could not get through to Fredericton to verify my coverage and became quite frustrated. I had to ask to try glasses on after she became frustrated. Just because I have a white card doesn't mean I deserve any less respect than anyone else. The young lady that helped me was very kind and respectful. The other woman was most certainly not. I would recommend that anyone with a white card go elsewhere. I won't be back to Vogue Optical Bathurst anytime soon. Disrespect equals no money spent at that business.

Walked in with a piece of steel stuck in my eye and asked to see someone. Staffed with an optometrist, my eyes were checked in mins. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. If you have any trouble with your eyes this is the place to go! Thank you!

I went to Vogue in 447 Newfoundland Dr. with an appointment requested on line, but the receptionist didn’t accept it, demanding to request by phone. My question is why has the option on line!!!! Then, asked me to wait “outside” while a lovely canadian lady let in immediately... after let me wait for a while went close to the door asking me if I still want an appointment... I said yes, when asked my name, which obviously is difficult for her just wrote my phone number in an scrap piece of paper and she will call me to give an appointment.... I don’t know how if she never gave me the opportunity to spell my name correctly.... i cannot give less tham 1 star if I could I should give a big zero. I hope this review works to improve their service!!!!

Quoted a price of over $600 for a pair of progressives. Went online to Zenni optical...got an AMAZING pair of progressives with the sunglass clip etc for only $68 shipped to my door in 2 weeks. Unbelievable the mark up!!!!

Not sure why the two one star reviews had such a bad time. The employees were quite knowledgeable in what i was looking for, and I was given help of choosing frames that looked good. I even told them i was comparing prices from around Fredericton and the employees stayed kind and helpful. One employee in particular patiently added up a few totals when pricing different sets of glasses with different additions (such as transitionals or blueselect) Overall a smooth aandn enjoyable experience.

Bad costumer service. They didn't measure my face for glasses they just guessed and I had to go back and get them remolded and they still didn't fit. Would recommend to go to the vogue optical on kenmount road.

Had a great experience dealing with the staff here. I have worn glasses almost my whole life and this was by far one of the easiest places to get frames and lenses from. They helped me pick out some glasses that fit my needs and my budget. They were fast too. I had one pair ready within the hour I picked them out.

I used to go here all the time. I attempted to buy contact lenses for my wife, and due to policy changes where a "new contact fitter" has to see her first, even though they already had her eye exam results there, they refused to sell me them. I will NEVER give Vogue optical my business after this. Their excuse of it being a medical device is ridiculous. You can buy so many "medical devices" without seeing a specialist. I can even buy contact lenses online. Horrible service.

We went there with our 18 month old daughter and they sold us the wrong pair of glasses telling us they were a "one size fits all" and insisted that we did not know what we were talking about. 5 minutes of research on google and I sadly knew more about the product they sell than they did. One of the employees is so arrogant it will make your skin curl. The other employee was nice but had no knowledge on the product. I do not recommend this location.

Was not very impressed with our service unfortunately, there was a mistake made in my sons glasses and no one contacted us to let us know there were issues we waiting a month for his glasses. There was no apology for the delay, we just got a finally they arrived. Then we go home and notice his lens is not even in properly.

Their glasses are fine, but I do have an issue with one of their radio ads. It goes like: "Don't wait until 2020 to get your glasses, come in today" or something similar. The commercial should go: "It may be 2019, but your vision can be 2020 today" - this is the type of thing that loses customers to the big-glass companies.

Went here for an eye exam and was told I could use my prescription/exam results to buy glasses anywhere, except I then found out afterwards (which I was assured wouldn’t be the case) that Vogue won’t give you your full prescription unless you buy your glasses from them, which I’ve been told is a legal requirement, however they refuse to comply? I paid for an exam just to be coerced into buying from this company, as it appears.

Awesome system them have for COVID-19 regulations! Brittany was amazing to work with in finding new glasses! She was honest and very involved in helping me make a decision! She even stayed 30 minutes past closing time (in which I didn’t realize) to make sure I chose the glasses I love and to get the measurements I need to start the ordering process! Fantastic service! :))

I dropped off a pair of Ray Ban (transition lenses) glasses on July 10th, 2020 to get temples (arms). Nicole informed me 3 weeks later that the temples I required needed an additional 3 weeks to be shipped from Italy. All good. I got a call on August 25th, 2020 that the temples were in and I was scheduled to pick the glasses up at 9:15 am on August 27th. Great. I arrived on time only to be told that I didn’t have an appointment. The reason being that they believed my name was Craig instead of Greg. Brutal. Nicole insinuated that I was not pleased with the service and in fact I wasn’t. Who would be?! It has to be the most amateurish customer service experiences that anyone could imagine. Worst decision to deal with this bush- league enterprise.

Very bad service. They would not give me my prescription based on the fact that I was looking at purchasing glasses from another source (at a very discounted price). The fact that I paid for this eye exam, and that its mine should give me the right to access my medical information/records as needed. Very over priced, poor customer service will not be returning and highly suggest future prospective clients do the same.

Booked an appointment. Was a few minutes late. The front desk was busy with a customer so I stood around waiting. When the nice lady finally had a chance to go back to say I arrived she came back and said I was over 10 minutes so I had to rebook. I wasn't over 10 minutes late. I was there, in the office, waiting, and waiting in the office pushed me over 10 minutes. So I'll rebook somewhere else. Can't recommend a place like this.

Disappointing service: Came in to have my glasses repaired today (put a screw back in the arm). I have an older frame that I'm fairly fond of and the technician had some trouble with it but added a different screw to the arm. The arm is now loose and doesn't fit right but good enough until I can get it fixed properly, except the service technician lost the original screw I gave her. In total, my glasses were in her possession for about 5 min. I hoping this negative review will prompt vogue optical to train their staff better and to at least respect other people's property.
