My entire family has seen Dr. Tischler for the last 10 + years or so. Only praise for this doctor. His professionalism and high standards have never changed over the years. I, we highly recommend Dr. Tischler for any issues with vision. A big thank you to his entire team who work so hard and make everyones visit a pleasant one.

The staff is capable - but when I arrived, the most competent employees were working the phones, while two nurses in training managed the check in desk. There was a line of seniors out the door! Very popular office, lots of patients, not well managed.

Drs Navajas and Tischler are outstanding. My retinal and cataract surgeries were both a success, yielding outstanding results. Both doctors are easy to communicate with and provide thorough information regarding treatment. It is a very busy clinic, so, be prepared for a somewhat lengthy wait most of the time. Note that the complaints posted here are around wait times and sensitive feelings, not actual heath care.

I arrive they tell me and another patient that they called to rebook and get a referral. If we wanted our original appointment this would cost 75 dollars. After checking my call log I never received such a call. Scam.

Ever since I detached a retina 10 years ago, I've been a patient of various eye surgeons and specialists at NSEA and always impressed by the professionalism and fast, on-time delivery of appointments and consultations - I have to visit 2x a year now and highly recommend these health care professionals, especially Dr Diep and his team. They over book resulting in long waits. I asked them to fwd my contact prescription and it was not done. I had to call back and request a second time. Also, usually have to wait a long time on the phone.

My appt was with Dr. Tung Diep. The whole experience with various eye exams etc. was very professional . Dr Diep was friendly and knowledgeable! The wait time, exams and consultation was total approx. 45 mins. I highly recommend!

Unbelievable!! Disappointed. Dr diep diagnosed injured cornea is going to recover in 2 days but its NOT. Its been 3 weeks since got injured still in pain and recovering!! I dont understand how he is entitle to be called doctor!! We went to see different doctor and being told might need surgery for that. Are you kidding??

Was at clinic today horrible experience. Things went well downstairs. When I went for pictures 3rd floor there was no receptionist. Forms we're thrown in pile ,people came straight in on just arriving and other's waited over on hour There was no order .Ruined my day.

I accompanied my grandmother for her appointment with Dr.Diep in their clinic. i realized that how good the staff are handling tasks in order to keep everyone safe . They are friendly and caring. Absolutely disgusting!!!! A true waste of medical dollars.... With northvan being a hotspot for covid among seniors why and how could so called medical professionals overbook so badly, after sitting 90 mins in a crowded waiting room full of seniors I walked out with still no doctors in sight. Receptionist did ask if I wanted to rebook no thanks I may not be a doctor but I know the value of my time and safety. Had this been a restaurant or any other public place they would have been fined or shut down, and rightly so. Enter at your on risk and peril...

I really appreciate the work, professionalism and care provided by the opthalmologists and eye surgeons. They do an exceptional job. However, some of the staff members can be deliberately rude and this has happened on several occasions. I'm not sure whether it's due to workload and being short-staffed, or if they really dislike their jobs. It has a negative impact on patients and I think this needs to be addressed by the clinic owners.

Horrible experience, over 1 hour wait after my appointment time. 50 to 60 people in the waiting room. Way way over booked. They should have to call my other missed appointment to explain why im not there.

The staff at this clinic are surprisingly rude! My grandma who does not speak English was treated rudely and abruptly by the assistant there. The assistant created an anxious filled visit without kindly having the ability to communicate respectfully. Other than myself, I know two other customers who also complained and stopped going to this awful place.
