She maybe good Doctor, but she changed my appointment way to many times ..her manners should be much better.. I was treated horribly!!...and I did report her action!!! She gave me no choice!

My appointment was changed to a couple of months after the original one given to me but as it was routine, it didn’t matter so much. Dr.O’Donnell was efficient in her assessment as were her team however,she was the only one who introduced herself. It would have been helpful to know that eyedrops that affect vision and light sensitivity significantly, would be given. I had had to drive there straight from work but had to pay for extra parking until my eyesight was good enough to drive.

I must say, my cataract surgery by Dr. O’Connell was the most awesome, relaxing, wonderful experience I ever had in my life! There was no pain or any discomfort and she and her staff are all happy and helpful and make you feel at home. I highly recommend Dr. O’Connell!
