You will never find a better optometry office than Viewpoint! Their friendly staff make the entire process - from eye exam to glasses selection - pleasant and effortless. Their team goes above and beyond to ensure that you leave with the best glasses or contacts for you. I made the mistake of getting my first pair of glasses from a different optometry office, and when I took those glasses into Viewpoint for an adjustment, the Viewpoint team discovered that the lenses had been put into the wrong sides of the frame. They helped me pick out a new frame that best suited my face and my glasses were ready within the week. The quality of the lenses they use are next to none and I have never been happier with a pair of glasses! They also offer complimentary adjustments so that your glasses always feel new and comfortable. I would highly recommend this optometry office to everyone. Their skill, dedication, and professionalism are unparalleled.

I've been to all three Canmore optometry stores looking for new glasses and two new lens orders. One of the others had zero satisfaction guarantee. The other ignored me for fifteen minutes while I tried to ask questions. Both of the other stores had poor selection of the cheaper end frames, as well. At Viewpoint the staff was amazingly helpful without being pushy at all. In fact I got the sense that they didn't mind if I purchased or not, they seemed only interested in if I was happy or not. The frame styles are by far the best of the three. The front of the house staff was amazing. Prices were inline with what one would expect. They have a great satisfaction guarantee, too. They'll get all my business.

While on vacation recently, we visited a number of opticians in hopes of repairing the broken arm of my son's glasses. The first place we visited took a courtesy glance at the glasses and said that there was nothing they could do to repair them. We then came into Viewpoint, where the staff member greeted us warmly, took a look at the glasses, and went on to solve the problem. She did this willingly and without charge. Being from out of town and without his spare pair, Viewpoint's kind and courteous service was greatly appreciated and an eyesaver. Thank you so much for your help.

In the past few years, I have had some fairly uncomfortable changes in my vision requiring surgery, ongoing glaucoma treatment. Instead of going for glasses once every few years, I am a regular visitor to Viewpoint for new prescriptions and ongoing tests. I am grateful for the help of all the experts there and the care that helps me manage my own vision care. That being said, I want to particularly acknowledge Amy's attention and care. From the selection of contact lenses and a need to reorder glasses every six months, she has helped me maneuver and make the best selections for me and even provided some extra expertise to make the transition easier. Kudos Team Viewpoint. I appreciate you all!

Mountain Madness

I have been going to Viewpoint since 2014. Over the summer I had several issues. I was about to give up on them, but I decided to go in and voice my frustration since I really needed my glasses. Instead of getting defensive, the lady at the front desk (who was also new at the time) thanked me for bringing my issues up to them and giving them a chance to correct. It was her response that made me switch my review. She took my issue to one of the opticians and they followed up with a call and made things right. We all make mistakes but how they handled mine made me rethink their customer service. They really do care and my experience was just a one off!

I was in town visiting my parents for the holidays and somehow ended up here without my contacts was trying to find a place where I could get enough for a couple days. Receptionist was very unhelpful and would not help me out. Very disappointing to not help a stranded traveler. I did not have that experience from the other optometrist she just didn’t have what I needed.

I purchased contact lenses for my kid online and didn't really know any better. I called Viewpoint to ask about the brand (Hubble) and they gave me the pros and cons without judging. I felt no pressure from them to buy at all, just care and concern that my daughter was in the right prescription and fit. Turns out contact lens prescriptions are different than eyeglasses and are medical devices which is why a current prescription is necessary. Everything from the curve of your eye to how well the contact lens material retains moisture and brings oxygen to your eye matters (see I learned so much!). The doctor even made herself available for my questions and every time I’ve called or emailed, they have been so professional. My family and I will be going to Viewpoint for all our check ups!! I highly recommend!
