Very professional doctor and staff. Relatively short waiting times in between tests.

(Translated) My optometrist refers me to Dr. Gans by fax (the only way to be referred). They never contacted me. A month later, I therefore contacted them. I am given an appointment for a few weeks later. I introduce myself to my r-v. There was more than 2 hours of waiting. The secretary tells me that it is always like that and that it is "like that everywhere". However, if I take an appointment in a private clinic, I expect to receive a service within a reasonable time. If I wanted to wait 2 hours in a waiting room, I would have gone to a walk-in CLSC ... The secretary goes to see Dr. Gans, who asks to speak to me. He tells me that he is a doctor who works slowly ("I'm a slow doctor"), because he takes the necessary time with his patients. In itself, it is a good thing to provide quality service. However, I told him that to make his patients wait so long is a lack of respect towards them and towards their own time. 30 min of waiting, I would have understood, but 2h ... and in a recurring way moreover. If the doctor knows that he is a "slow doctor", he only has to take fewer rvs in his day (and therefore less $$$ ...), in order to be considerate and respect for his patients. The Dr. also tells me that even if I have an appointment early in the morning, it is likely that I will wait a long time. So I just left. My optometrist has several other references for me. (I'm giving 2 stars rather than 1 just because he said he takes the time with his patients. I take him at his word.) Je me présente à mon r-v.

Very pleased with my mom's eye check up exam appointment today. Dr Alla is very nice. She took the time to explain step by step to my mom who does not speak English very well. She provided quality care. Staff is very professional. The technician that helped us was very nice and patient as well.

Highly professional doctors and skilled staff members who are understanding. I really recommend this clinic and I hope their services are marketed more publicly. They also have up-to-date tools and technologies on their disposal.

Ophthalmology that doesn't see a patient for conjunctivitis and just sends you off to a walk-in clinic or optometrist Didn't even tell me anything beforehand Waste of money and time if you need medical help with your eyes
