WORST clinic ever! Booked us an appointment but had to wait 70 minutes to see a doctor!!! What’s the meaning of the appointment? Front desk did not even apologize for their screw up. Our original family doctor left the clinic, there seems to be a lot of doctors coming and leaving. Probably because the place is mismanaged? I would give this clinic negative stars if possible. Moving all my family members to other clinic and advising everyone to stay away! Ps, clean the consultation rooms properly.

Good medical staff but appointments are never available, hours are inconsistent and there always seem to be new/newly departed doctors. I've had to go as a walk in for most appointments within the last 2.5 years, despite having a family physician on paper. Phone appointments are 2 hour windows (i.e. whenever we get around to it - essentially a walk-in appointment by phone). If you need a primary care doctor to have access to your medical history and be a consistent part of your care team to manage a medical condition... I don't know what to tell you. The place that operates like a walk in clinic even if you have a family physician there isn't the place.

They are I think number one in Calgary city. I am a patient at this clinic, have to wait sometimes for a walk in but it is always worth the wait. Dr. is very professional and staff is friendly. I was sick and I went 6 different doctors no any doctors find why i was sick . But just one time I went Rockyview Clinic same day they find why I was sick. They are super friendly and make feel good and better.

So far the best clinic I've been to in the SW area. Dr. Ahmed Abuhelala is very nice and friendly, and a very good doctor in terms of medical knowledge. He knows and can answer anything about sickness and health, which I can't say for most other doctors that I've come across with. His reception staff are also really nice and friendly. Doctors' availability and scheduling are not so good though which constantly changes.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! Came in as a walk-in because I thought I had kidney stones and was in terrible pain crying. They got a pee sample from me and the doctor came in rushed through talking, was rude, and only talked to me for about a minute. He checked my pee sample and said there was blood and WBC in it and said it might be a UTI and literally said “there’s not much I can do” and told me to go give a pee sample to a lab. I asked which lab and he said “I don’t know, search up labs in Calgary” then gave me a requisition form. On my way out I saw that he had given me a prescription for antibiotics without even telling me and the requisition form he gave me was blank so it was no use anyway! I’d recommend going somewhere else.

I came to Calgary to visit my friends. My son got sick and they took me to their family doctor, who was taking walk-in patients on weekends. The doctor and staff were so nice and helpful that's not common thing for walk-in clinics from my experience. Highly recommend!

Visited this clinic twice - once as a walk in and the second time with an appointment. On both occasions the wait was no longer than ~5 minutes. The staff are cordial and professional and Dr. Abuhelala can only be described as exemplary in both his conduct and his friendly attitude towards patients. They were even able to get a referral to a specialist for me within the same day (literally about an hour or two after my appointment) which is remarkable. This clinic is a shining example of service and care and I will absolutely be returning here for future medical issues.

I wish I could give fewer than one star but since I can't, here goes. This clinic is the absolute worst medical facility I have been to in my life. I came in simply needing a doctors note, as did the only other person ahead of me in line. Somehow this still took them almost 50 minutes for me to be admitted, and another 25 minutes waiting in the examination room. Dr. Mohamed Shalaby eventually decided to drop by, stopped in the doorway and just asked if I needed the note. Of course I said yes and then all he said was "okay, it's $25 just grab it at the front." and then he was gone again before I could ask a single question. Utterly dumbfounded with how they justify charging that much money for a single piece of paper thats already 90% filled out. If I had a choice between dying a slow painful death from disease or being treated at this clinic, I would choose the disease.

Come here if you want waiting times of over 2.5 hrs with one doctor on call. The kicker is that they tell you the waiting time is an 45 min to an hour at the desk and then when you finally get called in it's another hour and a half in the examination room. When I walked in there were only 4 people ahead of me and everyone that came in later was also walk in. The staff is friendly though.

Finding the walk in clinic in Google I walked in with a foot pain and was greeted warmly by Sasha at the front desk. Very shortly after filling up the registration form I got to see 2 doctors, which worked as a team that day. It felt like both of them have been truly professional, they diligently listened to my issues and patiently answered all my questions, eventually providing me with a right prescription to a medication. I am extremely satisfied by the service the Rockyview Medical Clinic has provided me and won’t hesitate to use their service again. Highly recommended!

I am so disappointed I love our family dr here but the staff are so rude everytime we come. Today was the last straw for me. I called to make an appointment and they put me on hold, only to hang up on me afterwards. I than call back and get put on hold again. After asking what days my dr is available and thinking for not even twenty seconds the receptionist has the audacity to rush me and ask so are you ready to book an appointment? I’m sorry but you just hung up on me and I’m pretty sure I’m aloud to have a moment to think about what day works better. I will continue to see my doctor at another clinic. I won’t be coming back here.

Have been going to this clinic for a few months now and have nothing but great experiences there. Friendly and knowledgeable staff amazing doctors that get you in and out in quickly but also do amazing job. I had 2 moles removed and DR.A was quick, efficient and helped me with all my questions. Would recommend this clinic to anyone.

Unprofessional and unethical clinic. Was phoned by this clinic to discuss . . . "important and unusual lab test results . . . a Dr. Patel would phone us between 11:30 and 12 o'clock." At about 1:00 pm Dr.Patel phoned and stated that he had not read the results, appologized for any delay, and then stated the results were normal. My analysis is this is either a very poorly run clinic or there is evidence of unneccessary double billing of Alberta Health Care.

Absolutely can't understand why this clinic has good reviews. We only went there since our family Dr wasn't available. I'm only giving one star because the staff was very nice and easy to communicate with, and the wait time was very minimal. However, the dr we saw was just simply terrible. His diagnose was if the symptoms get worse, go to an emergency. If they don't improve in few days, go see your family doctor! Seriously? I can give that kind of diagnose too! So unprofessional and arrogant! Also, after talking to us for a couple of minutes, he opened the door and was holding the door with one foot already out the door!! which made us feel so rushed and he was careless! Two days later we went to a different clinic for the same symptoms, and it was day and night. There we weren't rushed out the door and the doctor told us many things we can try at home including some options of over the counter medications.

Wait time is ridiculous, only 2 people ahead of me and I still waited over 1.5 hours. I went to this clinic only because my Family doctor was closed due to holiday. My complaint was a shoulder/bicep pain which elevated. Doc referred me for ultrasound/xray. Went over results with Dr. Saeed. . All she did was try to push pills and or marijuana oil, on me, then said just use my other arm, maybe you have a torn muscle !? I finally got in to see my family doctor only to find I have 3 torn tendons. I am now scheduled to go to the specialist to discuss surgery. I would stay away from this clinic. This is my update to latest review 7 months ago. I finally saw a surgeon !! I have surgery in 2 months because I have 3 complete torn tendons, now a dropped bicep muscle and severe scar tissue. I was misdiagnosed by the doctor at this clinic and this has caused several other issues due to her lack of medical knowledge and unprofessionalism. If you have a common cold I'm sure she can diagnose that but anything more severe I would go elsewhere. This clinic is a joke! Go to a professional doctor.

After many years with a different doctor, I came to this clinic to see Dr. Abuhelala as a walk in and as we were talking I got the sense that he wasn't worried about costs or letting things "rest". He would schedule tests and set up specialist appointments to get to the root of what was wrong. I have hypothyroidism and have for years but I always had to change my dosage of medication and always felt tired. I had never seen an endocrinologist or had an auto-immune test but Dr.A set me up with both and turns out I have Hashimoto's disease and have been fighting my own body for quite some time. Great doctor. Highly recommend seeing him.

As a Medical Office Administrator in the past, I know what people are expecting when they call or come to the medical office. They expect patient, knowledge and help with their problem. And I can admit that all that you can have at this clinic. The reception girls are very friendly and willing to help. The doctors are very attentive to details, knowledgeable and give the appropriate treatment. When the appointment is booked there is no wait time. I definitely recommend this clinic to other people. My drop in experience at this clinic was excellent. As an out of province client there were no issues with using my health card. Reception staff was friendly and efficient , told me to expect a half hour wait which it was. The doctor was friendly and very professional. Her examination was thorough, explanation of diagnosis and prescription was complete and very understandable. For convenience and professional service I would recommend this clinic.

I've been here a couple of times and each time, wait times were short, the doctors were extremely professional and the docs answered all my questions and concerns. I called at 10am today, made a 12.45 pm appointment and pretty much saw the doc at about 12.50pm. My last appointment about 9 months ago was similar. I just saw Dr.A today and I know that if I go back, he's who I'll be asking for. He's extremely patient, professional and explains everything to you in a way that makes you feel like you're in good hands. Thanks again Dr.A for making today's visit simple and straightforward!! I highly recommend this clinic.

Worst experience ever. If you cant book the apportionment, you gonna wait 3 hours for the walk-in. There are plenty clinics around, dont waste your time. BTW you guys should cancel walk-in, change it to appointment only.
