My brother had surgery on his eye .she is a good .surgeon however her patient manner is awful including her staff. They will let you know last minute in that they want to change your time no consideration to patients that dont drive. After we waited for our appointment they informed us she was running behind by an hour and still couldn't say for sure. Than has I asked more questions I found out she was doing pre op checks at the hospital so in reality she could have seen the one that didnt drive at the hospital instead she made then figure it out had us drive around Sherwood park and when I said my brother didnt drive so you think all of us can wait around for 3 or 4 hours and we dont live here if she cares about the patient she would know where they live and something about them to me she about the money.. this is how I feel.

I cannot say too much about the technical knowledge or expertise of the doctor here, but I have to say that in the two visits I have had here, I waited at least 2 hours for my turn even with advanced bookings. I'm not sure why these visits had taken such a long time. If we give the doctor the benefit of the doubt, I suppose she's careful with her patients and being thorough with the consultations/diagnoses/treatments. However, it still feels like a huge waste of time just waiting. I wished I had other options but her clinic was one of the few that would accept patients without health card during the covid season.

Thank you! to the wonderful staff and doctor. You did a wonderful job at removing my lump on my eye lid. I appreciate the assistance that helped me sorry i don't know ur name but you explained the procedure well and helped me feel at ease. I no longer have to live with the lump that wouldn't go. ????
