Front end receptionist is quite rude. Every time I have to call this office to set up an appointment, or just to get any information, I get anxious. I don't understand the point of being so rude on the phone, like what are you getting out of it?

Dr Rudnisky has treated me for over five years. I am taking medication which makes a yearly eye exam a necessity. His office is at the Royal Alex. Very professional staff, and he is always personable and easy to understand.
