I have been seeing Dr. Ting over 2 years and have been very happy with him as a Doctor as well as the treatment I've been given. It was easy to discuss my concerns with him and he would always take the time to explain in detail what options I have, what procedures can be done, and details of my conditions.

Waited over an hour in the waiting room and twenty minutes for the doctor to come in.

Unbelievable, had an appointment at 2:10, got there early since it was my first visit, saw the doctor at about 5:00, paid 31 dollars for parking, why would they make the appointment at 2 knowing full well that there was a backup, we are paying for this, I missed 3 hours pay to sit in the waiting room , I just can’t believe they get away with it
