Two hours waiting for a five minutes consultation with the doctor. Front staff are the worst I've seen in the last few years, very rude and unprofessional. Avoid this clinic

Doctor is ok! Extremely Poor staff. Everyone at the front desk is very unprofessional and rude. Parulpreet (office Manager) started yelling at me for knowing the reason to move the appointment. This clinic needs a new management with better or atleast decent communication skills. Parul and her staff called and confirmed the appointment twice. After my dad went there, both times they said he doesnt have an appointment and even after argues about it.

Great Doctor! Poor staff. Front desk is very unprofessional. I received a call confirming my dad’s appointment, when I asked her the reason for his appointment, she said why didn’t you ask me when you booked it and why are you asking me now. WOW!! Unbelievably rude. They will book you for a F/U appointment unexpectedly and won’t give you a reason of the visit. VERY POORLY MANAGED CLINIC. Have been going to this clinic for the last year, but will now change the clinic. ALSO, when I called her back for the appointment, First attempt: didn’t pick up, second attempt; picked up and hung up on me; third time I called her started being rude to me. I will talk about this to Dr. Anand personally and talk about this situation to my parents GP as well and let him know your receptionist telephone communication skills.
